Used to go to the old location but I love this one even more! They are so attentive and the classic pedicure is such a great deal for the amount of time and effort they spend. Super clean and chairs are really comfy. Massage and hot towel are lovely

Very kind and professional employees. They did a great job and based on the prices of other shops, I think they are reasonable. I plan to make this my go to salon.Services: Gel manicure

This is my favorite nail salon in Seattle. There are many chairs so there is rarely ever a wait- once i even went with my whole family and we got pedicures together. The staff are professional and do a great job. Prices are reasonable. Parking is generally easy enough to find on the street.

Came here to refresh my feet for spring and opted to get the Classic Pedicure for $35 + tip. The staff was very helpful and attentive and my feet look great! The chairs are comfortable and they put a clear plastic barrier between you and the technician / chairs beside you for an extra layer of protection. They take card and you can tip on the card as well (some places require cash tip but not here). It was an enjoyable experience and I will be coming here more often. Note that this is their second location separate from the one across from City Peoples.

I've only been at this place twice now. I'm actually overdue for my 3rd Pedicure. We had a little snow so that held me up a bit. Haha. I fell in love with this place after getting the royal treatment with the heat rocks massage which I prefer rubbed on my feet. My birthday today and I will be up there getting my feet done again. Love it Love it.

Came here for a shellac manicure and a classic pedicure, and am very happy with both. I called ahead the same day, but walk-ins are welcome. They have a great selection of both shellac and regular nail polish colors. They were very thorough with the mani/pedi and gave me a menu outlining very clear options for the pedicure. I opted for the classic pedicure ($35) since I really just wanted a no-frills refresh, but might splurge for the spa options next time. Highlights: beyond the great quality & friendly service & flexibility in scheduling, they also take COVID protocols very seriously. They sanitize before & after the service, and maintain social distancing. Also, they have a cute pedicure session dedicated for kids! Like a junior pedi suite with Frozen-themed pedicure chairs! My 7-year-old self would've LOVED to have a birthday pampering party here. Lowlights: they don't accept American Express. I don't think they do designs, so don't come here expecting ombré or edgy designs or colors.

I went there for the pedicure and I like the spa pedicure! The price is affordable with 35$ for the pedicure ( I think it is reasonable in this local area and after the pandemic, everything goes up)! I have time to relax in Madison Park Nail Spa! I will be back soon!

The staff is wonderful but the services are incredibly over priced and they don’t have prices list anywhere in the salon.

I came here on my lunch break after popping in to around 5 other salons that were full. This salon was completely empty and that probably should have been a warning sign. The place was huge but not very clean and obviously not sanitary either, in fact the woman doing my nails used the file she used to shape my nails on herself before using it on me. She was really sweet, but that's just super gross. My nails looked great in the salon lighting but after leaving I realized there were dust particles that had gotten trapped in the top coat of my gel mani, meaning there were little specks all over the top of my white polish. To make things even worse, the woman told me she was charging me $30 plus a $5 tip, so $35. I told her I would rather tip in cash and handed her $5 bill, but my bank statement says she still charged me $35. So I paid $40 for a bad and unclean manicure. Yuck.

Sen did a beautiful gel manicure... like maybe the most perfect one I've ever had. We'll see how it wears, but totally impressed. She was so gentle with my cuticles, didn't push them back too hard and shaped my nails beautifully.
