The tour was amazing! The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and made the tour very fun. Our tour guides were JAVIER \\u0026 VAL. They were fantastic and so welcoming! I would 100% want them to do my tour if I took another one in the future. They were both very knowledgeable on the arena and answered any questions that we had. They created fun conversations between areas, and I can tell they love their job! The arena was very modern + friendly \\u0026 it was very interesting to learn about the “Climate Pledge”. Very cool to learn about how the arena embodies the pledge and how much it helps the environment. Besides the arena itself, I took this tour as a hockey fan while I was in Seattle. The hockey aspect of the tour was great and very fun! As a visiting fan, it was fun to walk past the visiting team's locker room and see their equipment bags. The Kraken locker room was nice and was a top aspect of the tour. It was outstanding to be able to sit on the bench and get pictures right where the players sit! This was the first NHL arena tour that I have been on to allow us into the locker room and on the bench. There is so much to the Arena and lots of information to take in at every part. This was by far the best and my favorite arena tour that I have taken to this day!

Jay was able to accomodate our private group tour even though it was earlier than they usually offer at 10am on a Sunday. The tour guides were great at answering questions and were so engaging! Our group really enjoyed the experience!

The Climate Pledge Arena tour is pretty awesome. Not too long and informative enough to be interesting. The tour guide does matter though. I wish I could remember the name of the guide when I went for the first time. He was entertaining and a real engaging guide. The second tour I took, the tour guide was okay. They covered all the info from the 1st tour, but they delivered everything like a kid trying to get through an oral book report. Still, I'm not complaining. Being the hockey fan that I am, I really enjoy the behind the scenes experience and seeing how some of that hockey sausage is made. It's totally worth it to go at least once, and a real good experience for visiting family.

A great tour! I really enjoyed understanding how such a large stadium runs so seemlessly during big events. Got to see Storm and Kraken locker rooms, the secret exit for artists, the music room, where all the performers get ready before an event and where all the high rollers sit! During the tour you'll also learn about the sustainability pledge of this arena. Our tour guide Philippe was knowledgeable, polite, engaging and easy to understand! Would recommend!!

This tour was such an incredible experience! Our tour guide was truly excited and passionate about the work and innovations of the arena and this made the experience all the more engaging! It was the perfect length of time and never felt boring. We were able to learn a lot about the sustainability efforts and historical context of the development of the arena and it was fascinating!

What a great time we had at Climate Pledge Arena. We learned so much from our excellent tour guide. It's hard to rebuild in a limited space and they did a fantastic job of keeping the integrity of the existing building with the new innovative ideas for the future. It was fun and entertaining all the way through. They took us everywhere and we discovered secret places and great gathering spaces. Looking forward to returning to Seattle and attending a game in this fun building.

The CPA tour was so fun and educational. As a Kraken season ticketholder, my favorite part was walking down the tunnel out of the locker room to the ice. They played music and had fake applause, so much fun. Gave me chills. I also enjoyed the walk along the rafters where the media sits. Our tour guide was great! Very knowledgeable. I appreciated hearing all CPA is doing for the environment. It makes me proud to support CPA!

Came here for the first time for a Kraken game and it is far and away my most favorite arena or venue. So many food options, quick and easy to get through concessions. The game presentation and seating was elite. I would highly recommend getting to any event early to experience the arena and its surrounding area. I can’t wait to go back!

This was the first time I was able to visit Climate Pledge Arena-formerly Key Arena. It’s nice. Lots of food and beverage options and also Amazon store that makes purchases easy if you have Amazon account. Getting in and out was easy as well. Parking was not as easy as there are so many different ways. No more putting coins to feed the meter.

Super friendly staff. Went to a Peter Gabriel concert with my disabled younger brother and staff was very kind when checking us in, they did a pat down for him since he had a continuous glucose monitor on. Guided us to the elevators as he has mobility issues. The venue was very clean and well lit. Sound systems were excellent. It was a fantastic, once in a lifetime event.

This is one of our favorite venues for live concerts! We have seen Journey with Toto, Bryan Adams with Joan Jett, Stevie Nicks, Smashing Pumpkins with Jane's Addiction, and Iron Maiden since it opened. We love the easy access to merch (if you know where to look!), restrooms, seating, and food. There is a decent variety of foods, and the markets are easy to grab and go from.I especially live the living wall on LL2.We have sat in a variety of seats and haven't had a bad experience yet.The staff and ushers are always friendly and helpful, and we look forward to every time we come.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Our tour guide Alex was outstanding, energetic and very well informed. The arena is truly amazing and one of a kind! I could go on and on about the brilliance that went into the design and construction of this arena, but you should experience it for yourself. I highly recommend this tour for sports fans and climate enthusiasts.

It's a beautiful arena. However, the seats and price gauging of drinks is ridiculous! First of all, let it be clear that I was there for the Sting concert, so unlike the younger singers, his music did not get the older crowd up on their feet (at least not in risers ?). The seats made me feel like I was in an airplane going across the world. By the time the concert was half way through, I felt like I was on the edge of getting a Charley horse. Then there's the drinks. $20 for a $3 or $4 tall can! I get that you have us by our balls, but come on. Want to snack on some popcorn? You better cough up $10 to get what would easily cost maybe 30¢ to make. After spending nearly $200 for tickets, it's so disappointing to have to pay an arm and a leg for food and drinks. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but can you imagine a family of 4 going to an event and how much that would cost?

Been to Climate Pledge a number of times, more recently for two concerts Alicia Keys and 50 Cent. Both great concerts with questionable audio at times but great nonetheless. In my opinion I think the seating was better than Lumen Fields, way more easier to get around with better seats. Climate Pledge also has all sorts of cool tech thanks to Amazon with Amazon One and the stores that track when you take something then charge you. So overall a cool place I’ll keep coming back to..for mostly concerts.
