I'm not in Seattle so I had to order online. Cloud Break was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. I would have preferred to walk into their store but since online was my only option, I'm glad I chose a place like Cloud Break where they pay real people to interact with their customers.

Matt & Cloud Break Optics have a 4.9 Google rating for a reason!
I ordered a Celestron + Hand Control. Before purchase, I emailed Matt to ask which Firmware was installed (I am unable to use the Celestron CFM-update application because it will not run on M1 Macs). Not only did Matt reply within mere minutes, he stated he'd flash-upgrade the hand control before shipping.
I completed my order and Matt had my HC updated & boxed with a mailing label within minutes. A few days later, my box was delivered from the Pacific Northwest to Coastal Virginia.
When I mentioned Cloud Break Optics to a friend in the D.C. area, he said "Yeah, Cloud Break, I love that place".
Thank you Matt! I am no longer plagued by the very frustrating 'GPS Rollover' issue :-)

Very cool Telescope store. They carry a lot of stock. Matt and his team went above and beyond in helping me pick a telescope. They were extremely patient with all my questions. I d highly recommend any astro enthusiasts to check them out!

Wonderful service. Very honest people work here. Took my dad's telescope to get fixed, they were able to take a look at it in less than a week and only took half hour to fix it.

Excellent service. They respond to email queries quickly. Ordering is quick & simple. They contacted me when availability issues cropped up and provided updates and alternatives. I recently ordered a Skywatcher Adventurer GTi (which finally showed as stocked) and they fulfilled the order and I had a UPS within an hour of placing the order. The item arrived 2 business days later. Fast!
