They charge $10 per check to cash their OWN checks!! This place is such a scam. Stay far away. Their branch is difficult to get to, no signage, no indication that they even exist. Will never do business with again- ever.

This company, which is owned by Zion’s Bank, provides the worst health insurance we have had. I strongly suggest staying far away.

I just spent 30 minutes trying to reach someone by phone to discuss a company credit card issue. After calling 6 numbers, not a single person picked up via the number listed on the back of my card or their general customer service lines. Most of those lines just ring endlessly with no message that you've even called the correct entity or opportunity to leave message. Oddly, there the credit card service number takes you to some obscure department that calls themselves the cash management department, so you have no idea if you have the right bank or department. The bank says it closes at 5 p.m. I began calling at 3:30 p.m. Something is very wrong here.
