I just spent 30 minutes trying to reach someone by phone to discuss a company credit card issue. After calling 6 numbers, not a single person picked up via the number listed on the back of my card or their general customer service lines. Most of those lines just ring endlessly with no message that you've even called the correct entity or opportunity to leave message. Oddly, there the credit card service number takes you to some obscure department that calls themselves the cash management department, so you have no idea if you have the right bank or department. The bank says it closes at 5 p.m. I began calling at 3:30 p.m. Something is very wrong here.
