Not much to say about Cornell & Associates as a whole (I didn’t end up signing with them), but Melyssa was the most helpful, communicative, and responsive property manager I have ever spoken with! She really went out of her way to help make things easy and clear for me!

Ive lived at three cornell and associates properties over the years and I've had positive experiences at all of them. Very communicative property managers and some great properties in seattle!
