Using AI for orders and customer service is terrible. My zip code is incorrect, I can't cancel an order, and the wrong cc was used. This is an awful experience all around. Please go back to people-to-people customer service.

Stop using CDL for shipping they have a F rating on BBB. They Stole my Xmas gift I bought. How does a company that sells expensive goods use the worst rated delivery company. I won’t be buying online from you any longer until they are no longer your choice for delivery
