The workers at the COSTCO pharmacy are totally amazing. We had a mixup with our prescriptions, not COSTCO's fault, and they resolved the issues quickly over the phone. These 89+ seniors are grateful.

My 1st time here at this pharmacy today and also my last time... Will write more when I have time. Customer Service at the pharmacy was the worst. Her name is Kelly.

Corrine is the best Pharmacy assistant! She’s super efficient at her job and always has a smile on her face! Thanks for making my monthly visit so much more enjoyable!

Tyrone was the best. My card was not accepted but he made sure I found a way to get my prescription, especially after having to come back an hour later! Tyrone puts the people first.

For some reason, every time I come to pick up my meds that were marked as being ready online, I end up standing here for 2 hours waiting. Not exactly what I'd call efficient...
At least the people are nice.

Another practice change by Costco Pharmacy which will result in tripling the cost of some needed injectable diabetic medications such as Ozempic for patients on a co-pay plans. I was just notified by Costco that they are no longer allowing people to fill their full 3 months prescription of Ozempic or any other injectable diabetic medication. They will only dispense one month at a time. This practice will triple the cost of Ozempic for patients on a copay plans. The purpose of the copay plan is to reduce the cost of their needed medication. Ozempic is vital for diabetics to keep their A1c down and to protect their kidneys as well as reduce cardiac risk. Co-pay for Ozempic allows the patient to get a three month supply for the same cost of a one month supply. With Costco's new change The patient will be paying the same price monthly as they were paying every 3 months. As a result tripling the cost of their medication. This practice may be profitable for Costco, but it's a disservice to the Costco customer and membership holder as well as diabetics needing this medication.

I spent two hours while they tried to figure out my insurance, telling me I was wrong about having insurance. It turns out they had been looking at the wrong insurance type, even though i clearly stated it multiple times. Then, the next time I came, they had only filled one of two prescriptions. For some reason, they sent a text for the second one that said I had 2 hours to make alterations, so I didn't respond. Since I didn't respond, they just didn't bother to fill the prescription. The one in shoreline is does not have good customer service.

I’ve only been twice now. Getting my prescription transferred was easy, they did the work for me. Getting it filled the first time went smoothly, the line took less than 5 minutes. However, this time I went they told me they didn’t have my meds. On Thursday I asked them to fill it so I could pick it up on the weekend. They failed to tell me it was out of stock, yet again, before I drove there to pick it up Saturday. Late Saturday night I got a text saying my prescription was out of stock, so not very helpful. I know it being out of stock isn’t their fault, but when I spoke to them Thursday they had it and should have filled it while it was available, but they waited. Then they told me they don’t hold prescriptions, that it’s first come first serve. So, lower rating due to failing to provide care while available.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen was at this Costco pharmacy. The techs at the prescription pickup window (older woman with long brown hair and middle-aged woman with shorter blonde hair) lied to our face, tried to gaslight us about the situation, then shrugged when we called them out for it. Seriously unreal that these two are still employed. Unless you're saving a massive amount of money using this place, avoid it.

Pharmacy puts me on hold for an indefinite amount of time and doesn’t listen to what I have to say before putting me on hold again.

I was in the middle of filling out information for a Moderna bivalent vaccine when the system froze. When I called the pharmacy, the person said that if someone else finishes making the appointment the system will stop. There was no warning or explanation by the website. This is ludicrously bad customer service and very misleading.

I'm used to having to deal with walgreens BS, like refilling prescriptions without my authorization and sending it to a wrong pharmacy 20 miles away then blame my doctor for the mess up. Coming to the Costco pharnacy instead, I called ahead to make sure the prescription was ready. He helped me out by asking for my pharmacy insurance and then upon realizing my meds would cost more and would only fill one dose at a time, explained that as a costco member I would have a discount, that pretty much cut the price of my medications in half, with the convenience of knowing I won't run out because my insurance is slow when billed for it, or if there is a staff or supply shortage. Picking them up was a quick and easy ordeal, and I was able to be in and out in only 10 mins. I'm likely to transfer all my prescriptions here.

I was able to walk in & get my covid booster several weeks ago. My boyfriend came in to get his booster & they told him he had to schedule online. We both tried scheduling his appointment while at the pharmacy & the website would not show any appointment times at all. We spoke with three different pharmacy techs & none of them would help. They are open for a solid two more hours, no line exists. Yet they refuse to give him a booster. Ridiculous.
