Had a really great experience with a tire fix recently. People at the counter were friendly, mechanics were patient when I couldn't find the wheel lock, and it was done in a reasonable amount of time and for a great price

Seems like there are lots of bad reviews, but I had a good experience here. I had a new set of tires installed, and they finished it in an hour and a half, which is how long they initially said it would take. Even put my old tires in plastic bags in my trunk (which I asked for).

Nothing wrong with the tires or the people there. If you have all the time in the world, this is your place.
Got my flat repaired (brought in the single tire because I couldn't leave my car all day). Got it fixed then had to put on my own tire in the Costco tire parking lot because I didnt want to wait another day for an appointment.
Will never buy tires from Costco again, stick with Les Schwab.

Super easy to order online and show up for scheduled appt. Staff were friendly and efficient. Took barely over an hour and there’s a Starbucks nearby to wait/work at if you don’t want to shop.

Even though there are many bad reviews for this place, I was lucky to have a great experience here. Everyone was friendly, and the work was done well. I had all four tires replaced — I ordered them online the day before and had them installed the next day. Costco is always busy, so I’m not surprised if staff seem less patient during peak hours. Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for new tire installation.

Garbage place I tried to fix a leak in the tire The girl who works there has a disgusting way of talking She asked me to make an appointment and said if I come back before 2 o'clock I don't need an appointment the next day I came at 11 o'clock and she asked me to make an appointment too and in a provocative way of talking She had a personal animosity with me and deliberately insulted people Customer service is garbage

12/31/2024:
This morning, I visited the Costco tire shop for a tire repair. While the repair was handled, I encountered an issue with my hubcap. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed one of my hubcaps was missing.
The staff claimed it had been missing since 2019 in their record, which is incorrect. As of this morning, all four hubcaps were intact. This discrepancy is concerning, and I firmly believe it was either misplaced during service.
As an executive member who worked at this store in 2016, I find the explanation offered dismissive and unsatisfactory.
On a positive note, I’d like to commend the ladies at the reception today and during my appointment booking yesterday for their excellent customer service. Their professionalism and willingness to help stood out despite the management issues I’ve observed recently.
The management will address this matter responsibly and uphold the service standards loyal customers expect.

This incredible human deserves the BEST CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE award. He helped several of us who were experiencing the strange phenomenon of the air being drained from our tires, when we were struggling to put air in our tires. He patiently explained and then corrected the problem for three cars who all had the same super frustrating experience yesterday afternoon. Thankful he was there, asked us our names, apologized to us for the difficulties, and fixed the issue for each of us quickly and effectively.

We had a wonderful experience with this tire center. Andrea and Noah had excellent customer service helping us through a broken tire. They got us in and out in a short time despite a busy day. We really appreciated the quick help and knowledgeable recommendations.

DO NOT buy Michelin tier. The one they recommend you.
First I have to say I love everything about Costco but not tier shop at least this location.
Purchased Michelin tier for my lexus which was highly recommended by Costco tier shop employees, 8000 miles later started to peeling off also had visible cracks off course I went back to use the warranty they refused the warranty, one of the management told me we check it out when you come for rotation then we replace them. So went for rotation still refused the warranty.

This is a great place to get tires. It's sad because for how many people they help there's always a small handful that either don't understand what a walk-in means. They don't understand that if you do not buy tires through costco you have to pay to have it fixed. I always buy my tires here and I've always gotten free flats and rotations. Some people are so stuck up that they think they should be jumped in front of somebody who has made an appointment, or that you don't understand that some tires can't be fixed. You guys do a great job and your prices are great. Stop Hating People. ?

Won’t be back. I was a work in for nail in my tire. They kept the vehicle 5 hours without touching it then the guy with dreads lied to me twice that they were still working on it (it was parked outside still where I left it) and then that they were pulling the car in right away and then he pretended to go get the car and walked back in the garage laughing. The last year of reviews of this place has all been 1 or 2 stars, why is anyone going here??

Not sure why someone would come here instead of the Discount Tire literally across the street.
Came here to get my tire patched. They loaded it onto the lift, took a look, and then said they couldn't do it. Fair enough... but why did they charge 15 bucks anyway?? I asked and they said it was "for the labor." Labor? Meaning the whole minute it took to get the car on the lift and look at one tire? I tried to dispute the charge because they never told us it would cost money just to have it looked at. The manager pointed at the paper in my hand and said I had signed an agreement authorizing to charge for the inspection, but when I read through it, there was nothing there stating anything of the sort. The manager then walked away and pretended I wasn't there. What a joke.
So, I went to Discount Tire instead. They took the car, patched it, and handed the keys to me 20 minutes later, free of charge. Weeks later, the tire is still holding strong.

Always a long waiting line, not enough staff working at the counter. Very hard to find parking
