The entrance for where to park when checking in was a bit confusing to find, if you follow their sign you'll find it. Check in was a breeze and parking was plentiful in the garage. The elevators at this hotel are SLOW. There are only 2 of them (I think) in different ends of the hotel so everyone is trying to squeeze in because you have to wait forever for it to arrive. That was my biggest complaint.
Otherwise, my room was comfortable. I was concerned about being close to the road and gas station as I've had very poor experiences staying right by gas stations before but it was actually pretty quiet all night long. The water pressure in the shower was actually insane haha so strong. It was close enough to Green Lake to get a nice run done in the morning and even running on the nearby streets was very safe and easy.
I don't normally stay in this part of town when I travel but if I ever find myself needing to be in this area again I would consider staying here!

The people above me are dropping heavy objects on the floor. I had to call the front desk. The staff needs to monitor people who are disruptive at 11:30 pm at night

Marriott Courtyard is a great hotel and an awesome rooms where very clean and dust free as my wife has a dust allergy they came around each day.

Great hotel but very hard to find free parking and very weird location. Overall very good service and really quick as well. We stayed for a week. There is a big spacious fitness center as well as a nice patio if you just want to enjoy sitting outside. Hotel is right next to gas station, Starbucks, and Mcdonald’s.

Entering the hotel is different. There is no driveway/portico like most hotels. You enter through the lower parking garage and take the elevator to the lobby and from there it is a breeze.
They have a bar and restaurant that has really enjoyable eats for a hotel! I recommend the hamburger and fries, but lots of other tasty options are available.

Great place to stay and walking distance to a lot of things under garage parking which does cost more considering I had a bigger truck they found a spot for me to park which is great cuz I didn't realize it was underground parking stuff very friendly you get to help you out with anything you need my view from my room wasn't the best but I'm sure there is great views on the higher floors and different areas of the hotel

Clean and convenient hotel located about 7 miles outside the city. Underground and gated parking under the hotel.

The rooms are nasty 🤢 don't come here. $21/day parking, no free breakfast, no robes, no slippers, not even lotion. Definitely go somewhere else.

Just a few miles outside downtown Seattle, great location and the property is decent for a short stay. Rooms are decent, weirdly set up but whatever didn’t care much. No extra facilities or expect to get a beyond service from anyone here. Quite honestly not justifiable for the rate they charge per night where you have to choose to pay extra for parking, honestly better options out there in the same area with more value for money. Not going back next time.
