Horrible experience, I went in for an upgrade and asked to see the pricing for the phones. The lady rather would show me the phones on display. Would rather switch carrier than try and be upsold

Called and spoke to a lady regarding an issue I was having with another Cricket Wireless store and needed information for the store manager although she didn't have much knowledge of how to assist me she used her resources to help me best as she could and I was appreciative.

The worst. Ever since I've gotten my Google pixel 6, my number has been blacklisted from my doctor and therapist and now people can't text me back. I've gone to this location in hopes to talk to some one directly instead of their customer support (which just send you in loops, or hangs up). But apparently the person can do anything and tells me to just call customer support?? Stores only good to sign up people but not actually help actuals clients??

Zac was amazing and super helpful, and kind. My favorite is how quickly he acknowledged all the customers upon their arrival no matter how busy he was. He was very kind in assisting all of the cell phone needs of his clientele, and he makes sure to give understanding regarding wireless communication deals.I recommend this store for his kindness, services, and knowledge. Store was closed Sunday despite their posted hours (both website and on their door) . Waited 15 minutes and nobody showed up. Went to other store.

Alex the store mgr is good but the district mgr is very rude. I had my moms phone switched on, in hoping for a physical store location for any problems, YET I only got to ask 2 questions when her phone didn’t work (previously tested at store still using the old phone service) and being a 10-yr. Long Verizon customer I have no idea why there are 2 cellular networks, a different phone set up. So I asked the 3rd question to gain more knowledge on their network setup. The DISTRICT MGR. asked me to get out of the store and claiming that I had a high voice. My voice level was same with his so I started videoing him - ahh, silence from him there on. Typical DEMs tactics - either you are “***** or “high pitch voice” - because they never had deadlines nor responsibilities, all they do are picking on hard working people, 24/7/365.Well, the 1st time I was at the store Alex was busy with other customers and didn’t have time to staying with me for much details. Especially this 2 cellular network thing, was brand new to me. Alex has been good and this district mgr. should be removed from the position. I now switched my moms phone with my own.
