Amazing service at this location today by Nyair Cleveland. We haven’t been happy with our Verizon service for the last year so decided to try something different with Cricket. We didn’t even have our phone #’s ported yet and Nyair was able to advise us through it and get set up with 3 new lines (including an Apple Watch) in less than an hour. He was extremely thorough making sure everything was working exactly right before we left. He was friendly, answered all our questions and made what is by nature a tedious task more enjoyable. Thanks Nyair!

I arrived at 11:30 AM and saw a sign stating the employee was out for lunch and would return in 30 minutes. It's now 12:15 PM, and there's still no one here. Disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service.

First, I showed up right as the employee left for lunch at 3:10 pm and hand made sign on the door said he'd be back in 30 minutes. So I waited in my car for his return. At 4:20 pm I was upset with their no return yet so I called the store number. When I mentioned that I had been waiting for over an hour the guy laughed at me! A few minutes later the door was unlocked and the sign was taken down. No apologies for my having to wait, none for how late they were from lunch, nothing. Then when I went to make my payment it wasn't accepted. I only had enough to pay my bill with me, not the additional $5.00 they charge for doing their job. I was unaware of this extra cost. Even though I had called before I left home to make sure that there weren't any additional fees for coming in the store to pay my bill with cash. The female on the phone assured me there wouldn't be any additional fees. So to my surprise and great frustration when my cost was $5.00 more than my bill, I was highly unhappy!

no issue at all what so ever with the crew that hooked me up. they are awesome.
i do have an issue with the fact that i get very very pooor service at my residence.
not sure what to do.
i dont do social media. was hoping i could take care of it in store, but judging from your reply , i guess not.
looking for another provider. simple as that.

I recently had my family's account suspended after I attempted to update our payment, adding a new debit card online. I provided all the information and thought I had completed the update process. Later, I received a text message saying our payment didn't go through. I tried again, and received a similar message. I tried their support chatbot which just got confused -- it literally told me the language I used was confusing.
After all that I decided to go local cricket store to talk directly to a human. I was charged $15 To reactivate our account and $5 just for visiting the store. We will likely be switching carriers.
The staff at the store were very friendly, but had no power to remediate the fees and charges.

Today I went to go and buy a brand new phone from this location. It was 4:15-4:20..and when I got to the door, a lady working there locked it when I tried to open it, didn't even look at me and turned off the open sign. Their door says that for their special hours they close at 6 pm. I tried

Cricket wireless is a joke honestly after a year having them as a carrier I quit and will never go back charging over 100 dollars for an up grade that I should have got for free and the upgrade was even worse what piece of junk later cricket
