Pharmacy staff is very friendly and prescriptions are filled on time but depending on the day and time, there may sometimes be a pretty long wait.

It's a cvs, what can you say? You go because you have to not because you want to. The pharmacy has shorter hours than the store. Everything's expensive.

On hold with pharmacy for 30 min. The store can't verify my appointment. They said I have to talk to the pharmacy. They cancelled my flu vaccine right after I made the appointment. I just want to know if they cancelled my Covid vaccine too before I drive and park downtown. What pharmacy doesn't answer their phone?

I was able to get what I need but this store has to be the dirtiest store I’ve ever been in. They haven’t cleaned the Flores or hand rails for months and months. I was afraid to hold the railing going up to get my prescription. For CVS to put their name on a store and not keep the standards up is unacceptable.

The pharmacy is always understaffed. Be ready to wait a long time in line every time.They aren't doing anything for free here, so there's no justification to always have long wait lines.Save yourself the trouble and send your prescriptions somewhere else

Ew. This CVS is the worst. The manager is such a D-bag. Tries to come across super friendly and all about customer service if you're a middle aged high person. But blatantly treats other customers like criminals. I know he KNEW I didn't steal anything. I think this was his way flexing whatever power he thinks he says. Anyways, CVS is a good business. Sometimes good business hire terrible mangers who ruin the business .

I picked up a prescription for $127 that I found out cost $5 at Safeway immediately after I purchased it. CVS wouldn't take it back, even though it was sealed and never left the package. Not once did they tell me there were no returns. The pharmacist and tech fumbled around for 10 minutes, told me they could take it back, then reversed course and said actually we can't. This place is a joke and I will never be back.

This CVS is a freak show. I went in to purchase two bottles of Fiji water for a workout. I think I may need to boil the water. Everything in the space is dirty, and at least in the bottled water section, no prices were marked. The customer base must be pulled in from institutions that work with schizophrenia, as every individual was talking to themselves as if someone was conversing with them. When one woman wearing a Seahawk's jersey, shorts and carrying a football asked me what I thought, I just stared ahead, hoping it wasn't contagious. The register didn't operate correctly, and the gentleman helping me was opening and closing the cash drawer waiting for something to click. I have no idea if I was charged the correct amount, because I was anxious to vacate the store. A Pit Bull behind me was growling, and its owner had a demonic smile as if to say, "Brutus is hungry."Even the plastic bag the clerk placed my two waters in was dirty and once home, I threw the bag out and washed my hands with Hibiclens reciting the alphabet three times. I would suggest avoiding this CVS.

Waited 40 minutes for the pharmacy to open since I couldn’t find their hours online.It then opened 5 minutes late and I was informed my prescriptions were not ready and it would be a few hours.The pharmacist seems rude and dismissive.If my insurance wasn’t with CVS I wouldn’t come to CVS. Especially this location.

As I'm writing this I'm still on hold. It's been 35 minutes. The pharmacy isn't properly staffed. I'm never going to get a refill - time to find a new pharmacy. As for the store itself, it is always in a state of disarray. The people who work here look defeated and tired.If you can find literally any other store for what you're looking for, do that instead, this place is a pit of despair.
