Really didn’t think I’d find myself reviewing a pharmacy, but it needs to be said. This must be a tough job with how busy this location gets. Everyone in amazonville gets off work and goes to get prescriptions at the same time. Even with all of this - the pharmacists are still friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you are getting the right item at the right price. They even have searched for coupons or other ways to help out without me asking. Special mention to Nagham who is one of the nicest and most professional folks I’ve interacted with. Be nice to them I don’t want any of them to leave.

I come annually for vaccines and filling prescriptions. Each encounter with the pharmacists has been positive. They are consistently courteous and professional. My partner and I received 3 vaccines yesterday and the pharmacist was knowledgeable and efficient. Much appreciated!

This is genuinely the worst experience I've had at any business, not just a pharmacy. I've had a number of sporadic 1ish week delays here getting my prescription filled, which is annoying but no huge deal. This is made more of a big deal by the fact that you can't reach actual humans at CVS over phone, as you're locked into their awful robocall. So any time you need to speak to someone, you need to go in person.
They also recently have failed to fill a prescription for over thirty days (and counting). At no point did they call to give an update on this delay, it was only complete silence. Only after the THIRD time I went in person did they say anything other then "I'm sure we can fill it soon" and that was "screw you, we might not even be able to get you your incredibly important medicine for another month, guess you'd just better call every other pharmacy in the city."
I've never seen a business so grossly negligent, apathetic, and intentionally unwilling to communicate. At this point I'm wondering how they possibly became a legally accredited pharmacy, since they clearly have no interest in actually dispensing prescriptions. You'd be better off trying to manufacture your prescription yourself.

Every time I go there it takes twice or three times as long to get scrip filled. Today, 45 min, could only get 1 of 3 refilled (one had a limit the other I didn’t even bother mentioning because they took so long with the first two). 45 minutes inside the store either at or by the pharmacy counter. Huge buzz kill on a Friday afternoon when I just want to get home.

They don't answer phone calls but have a voicemail that they must not check. They don't call you back and don't fill out medications you request to be filled or new ones that are sent in. They require you to come in person to get any answers, and the answers they give are subpar and frequently come with unfilled prescriptions and poor customer service. Save yourself some time and stress and find a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy is closed all the time, it’s really annoying. There’s no other cvs nearby for us and it’s a nightmare to transfer prescriptions elsewhere…

I waited for this store to open when I urgently needed nausea relief, only for the manager to tell me he wasn't allowed to open the store until a cashier arrived and he had no idea when she was coming.

They must actively work to be operationally horrible. They act as if you are there for an ice cream — not for a critical prescription! Some of the staff is great, and if you’re lucky enough to be there when they are working, it’s a smooth and professional experience. The others really act as if they are being inconvenienced to provide basic pharmacy services while you watch them inefficiently and unprofessionally operate. I really hope that CVS investigates this operation. In the meantime, expect long lines, staff with no priorities, unhelpful interactions and in the end — you may never get your prescription from them.

Twice I've tried to schedule a vaccine shot at this location. First time it got cancelled without any notification. I didn't find out until I got there. Second time (today) they notified me literally an hour before the appointment with no explanation.

Don’t go here. The person working didn’t want to help me, and said I had to wait 10 minutes for the other person to come back from lunch to get something out of the glass. What a joke, it would’ve take less than 2 mins to walk upstairs to open it, but he didn’t want to do it.

Pretty disappointed with cvs pharmacy. I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a flu shot. I come in and they tell me that all of the flu shots for the entire week were cancelled by corporate. Kind of frustrating because they sent me 3 text messages confirming my appointment including a text the day before sending me a check-in confirmation for when I arrive. Maybe, it's their system, but if there was a way to notify customers that there appointment was cancelled that would save everybody the hassle and trip out to the pharmacy. They also won't rebook for you when you're there, they say you can only do it online. To save myself the hassle, I'll just book with someone else.
