Twice I've tried to schedule a vaccine shot at this location. First time it got cancelled without any notification. I didn't find out until I got there. Second time (today) they notified me literally an hour before the appointment with no explanation.

Don’t go here. The person working didn’t want to help me, and said I had to wait 10 minutes for the other person to come back from lunch to get something out of the glass. What a joke, it would’ve take less than 2 mins to walk upstairs to open it, but he didn’t want to do it.

Pretty disappointed with cvs pharmacy. I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a flu shot. I come in and they tell me that all of the flu shots for the entire week were cancelled by corporate. Kind of frustrating because they sent me 3 text messages confirming my appointment including a text the day before sending me a check-in confirmation for when I arrive. Maybe, it's their system, but if there was a way to notify customers that there appointment was cancelled that would save everybody the hassle and trip out to the pharmacy. They also won't rebook for you when you're there, they say you can only do it online. To save myself the hassle, I'll just book with someone else.

I just tried to make an appointment at the Westlake location for a flu shot. A rude woman in the pharmacy told me I had to call an 800 #. I called that, struggled with the inane voicemail, said "representative" about 12 times. Finally get to a human who tells me there are no appointments available at that or any nearby location. They will not make appointments farther out than 2 weeks. I am not going through that again. I will find an independent pharmacy. That is terrible customer service.

What even is this CVS?So if you've ever seen an apocalyptic zombie movie, this CVS would fit right in. It's like early days of the pandemic - beauty section almost entirely empty, entire shelves totally cleared out. I've never seen anything like it.Because there was only one person working at the store (aside from a pharmacist and a security guard), even if you push the button for help for locked items, no one responds, so some items just aren't able to be purchased.I ended up doing self checkout for the other items, but suffice it to say, we don't plan to come back.

It's 8:50 am and they're closed. Sign says they open at 7. I walked here from a hotel with my 5 year old and we had to spend $20 on Uber to Walgreens and back.

If I can give negative stars I would. This CVS location is horrible! I called in my prescription one week ago and when I called to confirm they mentioned that they will process the order. So, what is the purpose of having an online prescription service if they can't even fulfill a process in this method. When I called this morning, the pharmacist mentioned that he was too busy to order the prescription. This is horrible customer service. So I reminded him these are patients he is dealing with and just because he's busy and he is working alone he is unable to order my prescription. Then look for backup. Obviously, the manager does not know how to strategically employee and their shifts. Last time I came, there were 2 people working in the pharmacy and when I came to pick up my rx they gave me the wrong RX. They are very unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful. I hope the FDA can audit this CVS as they are doing many things wrong!

stopped by here to get some medicine and water. Check out was really quick. Only reason for one star is because it was really dirty and seemed kind of ghetto because there was a bunch of security everywhere so I just hurried to get my items and left.

Multiple bad experiences at this store. I tried to file a complaint with CVS customer service about bad behavior from the staff here, but they just don’t have a system to track these.I had the worst experience trying to take a photo print. Michael behind the counter was rude throughout and humiliated me. On another instance, my partner visited the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. They could not locate the details, took 3 hours to fill the prescription while just keeping him waiting and ended up charging me for the prescription because they could not find my insurance information.

They do not pick up the phone. I was on hold for 17 minutes. I called a different CVS in the area and they told me this location has a reputation for not answering their phone.

I had placed an order for insulin here months ago while on a business trip. I went to refill the prescription in the CVS app and even picked my local pharmacy where I lived. Unfortunately the order still went to this pharmacy which is on the other side of the country. Not much I can do to get my insulin if it is placed at the wrong pharmacy accept call and have them fix the problem. Wrong! The pharmacy does NOT answer calls during hours that the pharmacy is open. What? You heard me right. I spent two days Saturday and Sunday trying to call them only to find out that they do not answer pharmacy calls on the weekend even though they are open. How do I know this? I spoke to the front store manager who told me that the pharmacy will not answer calls on the weekend. That is the most absurd thing I have heard in a long time. I told this to my local CVS pharmacy and they never heard of such a thing. I have had problems where my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy location before. Each time I have had to have the pharmacy return the prescription so that I can place it at another pharmacy. Fortunately I called my local CVS and they were able to fix things for me. My local CVS pharmacy wasn't able to do this before but glad they could today. CVS, I am sorry that the pharmacists at your West Lake Seattle location are so put out that answering the phone on the weekends during pharmacy hours is such a bother and inconvenience. It is not like people rely on them to provide life saving medication. Oh wait, they do. People rely on your pharmacy service and pay good money as well. It is good to know that this location cannot be counted on.

The pharmacist at this location is incredibly incompetent and unhelpful. My girlfriend has been waiting for her ADHD meds, which she urgently needs, for over a month. They have called multiple times to say it is ready, and she has gone all the way there via transit only to be told "it was a glitch" and it wasn't actually ready. They keep saying her doctor hasn't sent the prescription, and her doctor has sent it multiple times. Appallingly incompetent and rude.

Pharmacist filled medication with 1/2 the prescribed dose (disregarding the twice per day and quantity 60 on the prescription and giving only 30 pills). Consistently terrible customer service, long lines, general incompetence. Watch out for the new pharmacist, does not fill prescriptions as ordered. Very dangerous.

This place is a nightmare. I need to urgently have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. At least 4 times I have Ubered to CVS to pick up my prescription *WITHIN business hours* and the pharmacy is randomly closed. After the first time, I started always calling ahead, but when it would just ring and ring I had no option but to go there, only to find again that they were closed during business hours. If you are going to shut down midday, why would you not leave an automated voice message to inform customers? The last time this happened, I had just had wrist surgery and was being driven there to pick up Percocet for extreme pain. The pharmacy was closed. I jumped through hoops to have my surgeon transfer my prescription to the Bartells nearby and then wait for it to be re-filled. To have such unreliable service for prescriptions of all things - when people literally rely on getting their medicine for their health is harmful, irresponsible, and inexcusable. On another occasion I had my arms full of items and approached the check-out counter. There was no line and the woman behind the counter was doing nothing. She looked at me and said "Can't you just use self-checkout???" I was shocked and as I was juggling my stuff at self-checkout I dropped my phone and it shattered.Rude employees, horrible management. The pharmacists themselves are always nice, that is the one disclaimer I will give.
