I had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacist. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in answering my questions.

FYI, if looking for quick in and out, this is NOT your place. It is a CVS inside Target. Things are difficult to find, not laid out like normal CVS or Target. Only self checkout was open, things do not flow smoothly. Avoid if looking for quick stop!

Rude. Unhelpful. I was treated like a child when I asked about a missing Rx. Taking my business elsewhere. They also can't figure out how to get my insurance to pay....never a problem elsewhere. I wont be back.
4 months later, had to use this place. Ugh. Worse than before. Rude. Slow, sirly service, if it can even be called service. Not many other options near where I live.

Max was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. After a medication was not covered by insurance which typically is (antibiotic) he refused to call the insurance to see what was covered or why it wasnt. I have 6 years of experience in pharmacy and would never deny a patient this. Especially with it being time constrained and antibiotics. Get better people.

I stopped by this CVS to pick up my epilepsy medication today, they refused to give it to me even though they acknowledged that I have valid insurance. They also wouldn’t give me a clear answer why. I explained that I needed my medication very soon, they then responded by saying they’d let me have my medication if I pay $110. I refused.I switched pharmacies immediately afterwards and got my prescription from Walgreens for $15.

I don't usually rate stores and pharmacies and most people that do it's typically after a bad experience. The CVS Pharmacy, located within Target on 2nd and Pike, is a really good pharmacy. My prescription was ready within an hour or so after my doctor sent it in. I then went to pick it up and there was no line, so I was in and out very fast. The service was friendly as well.

The pharmacist refused to administer the Novavax vaccine even though it had been over 2 months since my previous vaccination. They said it was because of the updated CDC guidance, but there hasn’t been an update on the guidance regarding the duration between the vaccines.
