If this company conducts employee surveys as many do, a mandatory question should be “on a scale of 1 to 10, how embarrassing is it to have to unlock a cabinet for someone that wants to purchase the extra large bag of Peanut M&M’s? For both parties included.”

I hope CVS appreciates Ronan as as much as I do :) I have never had a pharmacy employee who went out of their way lo activate a manufacturer’s coupon to reduce a $700 prescription bill to $10. When you’re dealing with thousands of dollars of medical bills, this kind of “above/beyond” is invaluable. Ronan has also helped transfer my medication when I was traveling
and stayed by the phone to make sure it went through. This is why I’m a CVS customer!

Worst pharmacy ever. Nothings ready when it is supposed to be, they don’t have your prescriptions, they are disorganized, etc.

Horrible store very poorly managed, cvs
should just close it tbh . They literally have water locked and you have to ask a staff member to unlock the door to get water that costs $ 2.59 no thank you. I’ll take my business elsewhere if you can’t afford a different solution than making the customer wait to get let into get a drink that costs $ 2.59. Then you have much larger issues that I don’t want to be a part of. Goodbye and good riddance.

Went in to get a photo taken and a digital copy emailed (the service was added only recently). Viktor went above and beyond to make it happen. Super impressed.
