The store is never stocked well, and they clearly did not plan for the influx of new customers coming in since Bartell closed down. The lines are very long and the phone is never answered. This is a nightmare.

Compared with other CVS, I personally recommend this store when it comes wide variety of products they have. Especially the services they offer and discounts. Thumbs up! And a big +++ for me.

Awful experience, could only find half of my shopping list. The travel size section is almost all sold out. Aisles are wrongly labeled, I asked an associate the location of nail clippers and was told it’s in the hair appliances aisle. No wonder I had been looking in the nail care aisle for ten minutes to no avail. All of their nail clippers were sold out and I could only tell they were supposed to be there by the item labels on the empty racks. Had to ask another associate to unlock a cabinet to retrieve an item, and they forgot to remove the security sticker on it, causing it to ring the alarm when I left the store. Also super expensive, 40+ for some pads and shampoo. Horrible experience 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

So annoying. They consistently give the wrong change, and to get it corrected is an ordeal. As someone who knows that particular POS, it tells you the change to give. How do you mess up that bad? Also, good luck grabbing something in the morning unless you have time to hunt for an employee.

I love the 40% off one item email I received every few weeks. What I am not impressed with is the inventory at the Mercer and Queen Anne Avenue location. The few items that they do have in stock are never located in the right section, so it's hard to find the price on anything even if it's there. Everyone working there are young kids. It's a little sketchy honestly. I'm starting to question whether the "employees" there are actually even employees.

Made an appointment to get my birth control administered - arrived on time to get told that my appointment was not valid and was not allowed to received my dosage. Was lectured on why I shouldn’t be on it, despite being on this medication for several years and been okay-ed by several doctors in the past. As a woman, this was a degrading and embarrassing experience. I should be allowed to choose my birth control method - despite knowing the risks.Disgusting and disappointing to receive this treatment by a medical provider, especially in a city like Seattle.

This woman came I to my store acting a damn Karen and knew we were understaffed and then had the nerve to accuse me and my coworker of being drunk. She came in acting like a. Needy Karen and knew he I gave her exactly what she wanted she decide for leave that review. I feel sorry for your husband, April cause you must have kept him up til 4:00an talking about your "horrible experience" I wish you would come back on here. I'll kick you right out on your overweight behind.

Kinda sketchy and rough around the edges, but the people there have only ever been good to me. I've gotten my prescriptions from them for years without any issue.(And I am also on Medicaid, so I don't know what was up with that other reviewer)

Manager is horrible. Molly provided the worst service in any CVS I have been too. I had a CVS GC remind you a CVS gift card. It's not like I was trying to use a visa GC. She wouldn't let me use it because their card wouldn't scan and kept giving error messages. How is that my problem. Other CVS would just input the number in there. Also i had a promotional extra reward that they needed to give me a gift card and she advised me to go back to the CVS i got it from. But why if all CVS are the same. Never going back. She deserves a ZERO star for lack of customer services skills for being a MANAGER. If she had a better attitude it would have been understandable. I don't normally do reviews but she.
