Understaffed with long wait times. Have never waited less than 10 minutes for a prescription here. Staff is polite so two instead of one stars but moving to online pharmacy for our refills.

I'm not sure why so many reviews dislike this pharmacy so strongly. Sometimes, the wait can be long, especially during peak hours, like after work hours or during lunch, but the staff are always polite to me, and I rarely have issues with my prescriptions. The only time there seemed to be an issue was when my meds had been recently called in and hadn't been properly sorted yet. They seem to be very helpful and informative to whoever needs advice as well. No complaints with this location itself, just the larger company.

The pharmacist at this location should lose their credentials. They failed to mix medication for my infant daughter despite sending my wife to walk the store for 30 mins while they supposedly mixed it.
The level of negligence they displayed is extremely dangerous. If you value your and your loved one's health I implore you to go elsewhere. It may quite literally be a matter of life and death

They don’t answer the phone. Due to the type of medication I need, it cannot automatically be filled and have to call in my prescription. Now I have to go in person, hope they have it, and wait for them to fill it. Hopefully this improves in the future so I can update my review.

Excellent place to get your vaccinations. I had a great experience with Tara the Pharmacist and everything was fast and smooth. 10/10 recommend Tara CVS.

I would like to recognize Jason in the pharmacy department. What a wonderful young man who was respectful, kind and professional in helping me enroll in the medication program which saved me over $50.00
It was an amazing experience to have someone take time to help.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Ferrer,Richard! I came to this CVS to get my COVID-19 vaccine, and Dr. Ferrer was amazing. His technique was excellent and very professional—I didn't feel any discomfort at all. I highly recommend him!

Out of fear of retaliation because of my name being on a review I have not done so for years now. But, no longer!
Every day,EVERY! SINGLE! DAY!, this pharmacy closes from 1:30pm-2:00pm for lunch. Which is what it is. But now, I go to this place and I find an employee eating a burrito over the rxs being scribed to people only minutes after they had just closed for lunch!
This pharmacy in the past failed to fill my script of creon (if you don’t know look it up) and I have had to go over 3 whole days without eating! Yes, 3 WHOLE day’s without eating!
This place is. £¥€<ing garbage.
I have been told multiple times that the CVS (yes the CVS ) app barcode won’t work to get my rxs! By a “20” year experienced tech!!! TF?
The only reason I have (and I say have) to go to this place is because of what is called a PBM if you are unaware of what a PBM is. “DG non-religious”help you, look it up! LOOK IT UP!
If you have the ability to go to any other pharmacy than this one… DO IT!!!

Absolutely unprofessional. One of the male pharmacists berated me over the phone before hanging up on me. Days after not being notified that my prescription was ready, I took a wild guess and drove up there to check in person. Only THEN do they tell me suddenly they don’t take my insurance - new information. I am now several days without my medication.Absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. It is no mystery why they are rated so poorly on here.

They “filled” my ondanseron (zofran) but when I opened the bag it was empty and they won’t answer the phone. I paid for the medication I should get it.I shouldn’t have to suffer from nausea for them being incapable of them even actually filling a prescription.I want a refund or give me my zofran.I might throw up on your counter but that’s on yall for giving me an empty bag.They don’t know how to literally follow the doctors orders which is their only job.O/10 if I had choice I wouldn’t go to especially this CVS.

The bad score of this pharmacy is actually accurate. Definitely avoid if you can. You may think it's convenient to have here if you go to Target regularly, but they will never answer their phones even though they make you go through a ridiculously long automated system first. Then, they'll randomly put back prescriptions without letting you know so when you go to pick up your other prescriptions, there is one missing and they can't fill it because they say they are understaffed or super busy (even though there is literally no one line). Lastly, I've only met one 'nice' tech. Every other tech just makes you feel like you are wasting their time and don't actually care about helping people.

Maybe there has been a recent change in staff, but I think the poor reviews are undeserved now. I just visited to get a prescription that was being held for me at a different CVS location and needed to get switched over to this one. Despite that, the staff were kind, efficient, and professional. Best interaction I've had at a CVS for a while.

Good luck navigating the phone system to get a real person. Why bother even offering a phone number??? All these pharmacies run the same way though.

The phone is rarely answered, I’ve been in hold for 30+ mins multiple times. In person isn’t much better. Overworked employees and piled up prescriptions.
