Absolutely unprofessional. One of the male pharmacists berated me over the phone before hanging up on me. Days after not being notified that my prescription was ready, I took a wild guess and drove up there to check in person. Only THEN do they tell me suddenly they don’t take my insurance - new information. I am now several days without my medication.Absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. It is no mystery why they are rated so poorly on here.

They “filled” my ondanseron (zofran) but when I opened the bag it was empty and they won’t answer the phone. I paid for the medication I should get it.I shouldn’t have to suffer from nausea for them being incapable of them even actually filling a prescription.I want a refund or give me my zofran.I might throw up on your counter but that’s on yall for giving me an empty bag. They don’t know how to literally follow the doctors orders which is their only job.O/10 if I had choice I wouldn’t go to especially this CVS.

The bad score of this pharmacy is actually accurate. Definitely avoid if you can. You may think it's convenient to have here if you go to Target regularly, but they will never answer their phones even though they make you go through a ridiculously long automated system first. Then, they'll randomly put back prescriptions without letting you know so when you go to pick up your other prescriptions, there is one missing and they can't fill it because they say they are understaffed or super busy (even though there is literally no one line). Lastly, I've only met one 'nice' tech. Every other tech just makes you feel like you are wasting their time and don't actually care about helping people.

Maybe there has been a recent change in staff, but I think the poor reviews are undeserved now. I just visited to get a prescription that was being held for me at a different CVS location and needed to get switched over to this one. Despite that, the staff were kind, efficient, and professional. Best interaction I've had at a CVS for a while.

Good luck navigating the phone system to get a real person. Why bother even offering a phone number??? All these pharmacies run the same way though.

Due to an insurance plan change, this CVS became my new pharmacy about five months ago. Every single one of my interactions with them has been efficient, professional and friendly. They are super accommodating if I have a coupon for a better price. When I go in to pick up my prescriptions I am constantly amazed at how expertly they are juggling phone calls, customers, and the actual prescription filling. Interacting between the CVS app and the pharmacy is seamless and easy. I would give them ten stars if I could. Great job, guys, THIS is how it’s done.

My wife was charged 170 dollars for a standard vaccination that was supposed to be covered under our medical insurance. The pharmacy was unable to rectify the mistake, even though it only required a code change.

If I could give -5 stars I would. I've been trying to get rid of this pharmacy for months now, but their incompetence sticks like gum in hair. They never answer their phones, take forever to fill medications, and KEEP FILLING THEM ANYWAY EVEN AFTER YOU LEAVE. I've been allegedly marked as INACTIVE in their system for months now, but guess what! I can't fill my medications at my new, competent, reliable pharmacy because this one keeps trying to steal them! And they'll just give you the excuse that "your doctor sent it to us" even though you know for a fact your doctor has your updated pharmacy info. Is this how you do business CVS??

Richard took my request to urgently fill my dog's seizure medicine, and it was done 10 minutes later. Great service!

The staff are always friendly and will go out of their way to be helpful and informative. Recently the staff have also been answering calls! I know that many CVS Pharmacies were struggling with staffing and I can understand that picking up the phone becomes a low priority when an understaffed location becomes busy, so I hope this is a sign that this location is getting the support they deserve.

Not a REAL CVS !!! You can not use OTC benefits from your health insurance here. This place is a joke shoehorned into the back corner of a target as an afterthought, and completely useless if it’s not in network with my insurance like it is supposed to be. And they’re rude… act like you’re supposed to magically already know they’re not a real CVS when you go to check out your OTC order.

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. My mother is a team member at this target, and she had been waiting for the pharmacy to tell notify her when her next prescription has been filled. However, it has been at least 2 weeks and she still hasn't heard anything from the pharmacy, so she went in early before her shift started to ask about the situation. The pharmacy technician told her to come back in about 20 minutes and ask again, so she walked around the store and came back later, but then the staff member said that her prescription still wasn't ready, and told her to come back again later. Since my mom's shift was starting soon, she had to go back during her break time, but even then the prescription still wasn't ready. She went back again during her lunch break, and again during her 2nd break but she was turned away again. My mom originally thought that they were just having a busy day, so she would come back again tomorrow before her shift started, yet the same thing repeated the day after. Seriously, how many times does my mom need to continue visiting for the staff members to finally get her prescription ready?

I usually have to wait half an hour if not more for prescriptions that were already submitted in advance. On my most recent trip, the pharmacist only filled half my prescription so I have to go back again and hopefully they can fix it. This is dangerous. I am looking into other pharmacies but I am limited to CVS because of insurance. I don't trust that I am getting the right medications anymore.

The poor service across all Seattle CVS locations continues. The employees are great but their compensation must be low since every CVS I go to in the Seattle area is understaffed and doesn’t answer their phones, don’t fill auto fill prescriptions unless you physically show up, and when things are out of stock there’s no notifications when they do come in. My Aetna insurance forced me to use CVS unfortunately. Go elsewhere if you have the option.

Only 1 employee is worth your time here. The others are slow. One employee in particular is useless. I sent in a prescription 6 days prior and still not ready, he told me not to believe the app...what?!? Signs tell you to ask about insurance to cover covid tests, I had two to buy and asked , he told me it was too much of a hassle to do it. I keep wanting to change but it's close to home . This is only the tip of the iceberg with this place
