They're mostly ok, but I've had some issues with the pharmacy saying that my prescriptions are ready and then I get there and their systems say differently

It's always a nightmare getting prescriptions filled here. Often I have to make multiple visits to the pharmacy before they are able to fill it. Terrible communication.
Just today, the pharmacist told me the medication for my kiddos was being discontinued. I googled it and then spoke to my doctor's office to find out that NO it is most definitely not being discontinued. I shared this with the staff member at the pharmacy and they could not care less.
Also, their photo service is terrible. I tried to get some photos printed and the quality was so bad, I just threw them away.

Extremely friendly front desk lady and special thanks to Jeremy Rios, you are both so friendly and helpful! Also this store has very full stock, marked price is even slightly cheaper than online price, unbelievable.

Big shout out to Riley who truly went the extra mile for me with a tough to fill prescription. Other pharmacies shrugged their shoulders and wished me luck, but it was Riley who showed he really cared by giving his time and expertise to ensuring I got the medication I needed.

Me and my husband drove from Kirkland to this location for our vaccine shots! Very professional, and kind stuff! Because of our little one, we arrived 45 min early to our scheduled appt, they were able to get us in earlier. Nurse was so kind, gentle, no bruises after shot. She explained why each shot goes to the different part of the arm, side effects etc. Thank you!

I arrived at this CVS and asked to fill a prescription that had been out of stock at my usual pharmacy. I was told they had it, but would have to wait til after their lunch break. That’s of course no problem at all, lunch is important. I checked in about half an hour after their break though and it still hadn't been filled. I waited further, and in total spent almost 2 hours waiting for my prescription only to be told they actually don't have it in stock and I’d have to go to Everett to get it. That would have been fine 2 hours ago, but now I won’t be able to pick up this very time-sensitive medication because all my time was wasted waiting at this location.
I gave one star back because the pharmacy assistants were at least very nice.

I usually have a great experience at your pharmacy, however you really need to make sure your pharmacy techs are giving people the correct medication. I sent my partner to pick up my meds a few days ago, and instead of giving him my meds they gave him my twin sister’s meds. I understand that this mixup can happen (as it has before at this pharmacy) because my twin and I share a birthdate and last name, but seriously you need to ensure that this DOES NOT happen again. If your techs are making mistakes, maybe you need to hire more and offer more breaks so as to not overwork them.

I like this location as I can pop in on my way home or when out and about. The pharmacists and support staff always go above and beyond when it comes to their customer service skills. I never feel ignorant for asking important questions or when I bring up my color dye allergy/sensitivity. Sadly most CVS generic brand pills and even their pharmacy are well stocked with dye-filled pills and liquids unlike the other local competitor down the street. I prefer CVS over the competitors because the service all the way around has been great, and I love the self checkout machine at the front as well as the $10 a month reward I can use on random necessities that come up. It helps cover the cost and sometimes I even walk in just to spend it, couple with coupons, I'll come out ahead on some fun items!

I have nothing but good feedback for my CVS Magnolia. Specifically I would like to commend Angie, and Bayan and Kaydee at the pharmacy. But everyone here is nice and all the pharmacy staff are so competent and kind.I’ve used a lot of the pharmacies, and this CVS is far in the way the best one I have ever used.

When Ballard CVS closed, we had to switch to this location. Unfortunately, the number of errors with our prescriptions has been incredible and has cost us dozens of extra hours in phone calls and return trips to the pharmacy. They've also flagged us for prescriptions we've filled at our other CVS for years, which affects our relationships with providers and costs us even more time. On the bright side, the store staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. We know pharmacists are under tremendous pressure right now, and we've all been there. We hope things improve, but for now will switch pharmacies ... again.
