I was very disappointed in today’s visit. I came to the store with intentions of buying gear, specifically Dainese. Meanwhile I was surprised with “on break, will be back at 2:30” sign. Which can I understand. However, me and other folks were waiting by the door until 2:45, in cold rain and wind. Still, even by 2:45 nobody open the door, so we just left.
What’s even more disappointing and frustrating is that I see many other reviews in regard to that same problem, dating to over a year ago. But the store doesn’t seem to care.

Hours aren't accurate--I walked several miles and got here at 2:40 all for it to have posted that it will re-open at 3:30. What a joke.

Non-existence customer service. No update or indication on when they return. They don’t care at all.

Wow, what a great shopping experience. Brandon is a pro, he managed to help 5 people all at the same time. No sale pressure, he gave great gear and fit advice. Thank you Dainese and Brandon. I can't wait to use my new gear!

Had an awesome shopping experience in the store today, I was helped by Rylan, he was incredibly helpful and really knew his stuff, even guessed my size perfectly when trying to find some textile pants. I'll be back here for some more gear very soon!
