Bacon wrapped scallops, brussel sprouts and bread=perfect combo.

I decided to grab dinner and a drink while traveling for work (raining and didn’t feel like walking). The drinks were fine. Unfortunately the wedge salad had a flavorless slice of beefsteak tomato (think cafeteria sandwich) and the “prime” rib eye was flavorless and tough. Unfortunately I have had better steak at Outback. The mashed potatoes were relatively flavorless.

Lovely server who was very personable but for price you pay you should be blown away by the food and we were not at all. 2 for $400 and nothing notable about any part of the food served.

The one star is not for the service. It's because they charge a 20% service charge which doesn't go to the staff (yes I asked).

My NY strip steak was excellent, but not what made my evening. Dining alone, not drinking alcohol, having requested a well-lit table to read my book, I was certainly not their most profitable customer of the night. My server, Nikki, made me feel like I was the most important customer in the place. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

This place is wayy too overpriced. Got a steak, a drink and an appetizer and the bill was nearly $200. The food was good but absolutely not worth the price

Took my wife and another couple out to celebrate 2 birthdays, Valentine's Day & my 14th Anniversary. Normally go to their Bellevue location, but they had no reservations available for the time period. Service was mediocre, food was very good. Didn't even receive a free dessert for the birthdays or our Anniversary. Won't be back to that location.

While this is our favorite steakhouse, they fell short on this visit. All started out well but fell apart with the delivery of our salads. Our waiter took our plates away only to reappear more than 20 minutes later without our entrees that had yet to come from the kitchen. We canceled them and with the delivery of the check were informed that only half of the 20% gratuity went to the waiter. With the unspoken expectation that we should leave more. Not Daniel's best moment. That said, we'll chalk this up to a bad night and come back another time.

Incredible service from everyone who interacted with us. They were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. The food was top notch too. I recommend their crab legs and any of their steaks but I have to give a shout out to their Australian lamb chops which were the best lamb chops we'd ever had. Everything was fresh, seasoned nicely and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with piano music playing in the background. We could hear each other talking but we didn't hear the conversations of other diners at neighboring tables. I am a fan!

Modern ambience w/ Exceptional Daniel's Broiler service. The downtown Seattle location inside the Hyatt Regency is worth the drive. Mike, our server, was attentive and very professional. Ask him about his prior band days. The food was excellent...arriving at the table hot and cooked to perfection. Even though it was a late Valentine's Day date, the staff was wonderful in coming by and wishing me and my wife "Happy Valentine's Day". Nothing went wrong, from the cocktails to my after dinner coffee. Well done to everyone at the Daniel's Broiler in Downtown Seattle (Hyatt Regency Hotel - 808 Howell St).

Services/server was excellent. The table we were put at was,,,facing a wall. Did not like that at all. Not even sure why they have seating arranged this way. I had the tuna and sent it back..I hate doing that but it was so salty I couldn't eat it. The other plate was the chicken and it was very good..Overall the place was clean and restroom were clean . We don't eat out very much and we both came to conclude it just wasn't worth the effort or the amount we paid. Total for the night, 2 meals, 1 soda, 1 coffee, 1 dessert and parking came out to be $300 plus.

It's a beautiful restaurant downtown. It's just very expensive for pretty average food. It's good, but not worth the price in my opinion, especially when there are so many more delicious options in Seattle.

Valentine's Day - a busy day at almost any restaurant. However, everything was perfect at Daniel's Broiler. Never felt rushed in any way, everything came at the appropriate time, and the food was all excellent (as has been our experience from eating there previously). Highly recommended.

Our server Jack and the rest of the staff were phenomenal. Food was perfect. Steak was perfection, best brussell sprouts I have ever had, no complaints about anything. It was quiet, not too busy, well attended to.

Daniel’s Broiler is a Seattle staple and great place for any special occasion. We like the Downtown location. The dining room is intimate, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and wines. There is parking in the Hyatt and coat check at the front. We went on a Sunday and did not need a reservation. I would recommend the Prime Rub for a fatty cut and the wagyu for a leaner cut. The prime rib was massive and cooking to perfection. All of the steaks are prepared with salt and butter and then served with mashed potatoes. My family really likes rose so we did a bottle to go with the meal.Vegetarian options: This is a steakhouse so there are few vegetarian dishes. You can always order the sides (I.e, pan seared asparagus, cauliflower, or mashed potatoes) as your main and you’d likely still enjoy the meal.Dietary restrictions: The serving staff is more than happy to walk you through the options.Parking: You can park in the Hyatt garage or you can park on the streets surrounding the building. Both choices will require that you pay a fee.Kid-friendliness: This is a relatively expensive restaurant and the mood inside is intimate. It likely would not be a fun place to bring kidsWheelchair accessibility: There are elevators through the Hyatt where this restaurant is located which makes it easy to access for those in a wheelchair.
