I'm a broker on the sales side (not rentals) and David is an invaluable resource in advising my clients about investing or renting out their homes. His responses are lightening fast and helpful, even when there is no transaction or financial or personal incentive in it for him. I'm impressed and grateful to him for making me look good to my own clients. :)

David is very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and personable. When I was looking for a property manager, David's profile came across through recommendations from various groups, so I knew he would be the best person to work with. At that time, I was moving out of state in 2 days and thought that I would have to come back to take care of the rental property / appoint a property manager. I called David, he showed up the next day and did a lot of work to list the property in just 1 day! I was really impressed by the level of professionalism him and his team has showed. If you're looking for a property manager, I highly recommend David and his team!

David is literally THE BEST Property Manager I've come across. He's super responsive, always looks out for the clients' best interests, and makes the leasing process easy. I've managed properties on my own before but will never do it again after working with David. I will only use David for all leasing needs and would recommend him to family, friends and clients without any hesitation.

Very professional, organized, timely responses, and market knowledgeable first come to mind in describing our first experience with David. Upon a recent long-term tenant move-out, it was necessary to upgrade several features of our property before it could be effectively re-marketed. David provided referrals to us of his suppliers and subcontractors which enabled us to efficiently schedule the various items to be completed, allowing the property to the returned to the market in the shortest time possible. Once on the market, all matters related to the listing, tenant sourcing, verifications, and eventual tenant move-in all proceeded smoothly due to David's diligence and experience. Extremely pleased from start to finish.

David has been probably the most communicative and helpful property manager that I've ever worked with. He literally responds to emails or texts within an hour; if there is ever an issue at the house he has someone get on it immediately- and follows up if they don't connect; he helps me troubleshoot issues on the fly...there is nothing negative one can say. Far and beyond I would recommend David with your real estate management needs.

David has been a dream to work with. He is incredibly responsive, detail oriented and personable. As fairly new renters, he guided us through every step of the process with ease and made sure that we felt at home from the moment we stepped into the house. The few times we have had to send a work order for a repair it has been taken care of immediately. We feel so lucky to be working with David!

Our hot water heater went out on a Friday night. We assumed we'd have to wait until Monday. After letting David and team know, they were there first thing Saturday cleaning up the water, pulling the carpet up and adding fans and having a company come and replace it over the weekend. There also ended up being dry wall problems as water was leaking through it. Again, they were there immediately fixing it.When we've had small things happen, his team have immediately been there. Great workers who communicate throughout projects. We couldn't be happier with the service that we've received. David does a great job of communicating with the owner as well. We had some questions that he immediately got to them and got right back to us. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received.

I have been working with David and his team since 2017. I am almost immediately informed of any issues happening regarding my rental property and offered a quick solution.
David is attentive to the renters’ needs, and he forms a good relationships with tenants and the property owner. I trust David and his team 100% and would recommend this team to my family and friends.

David has been managing our property in Seattle metropolitan area for about an year now. While we're living outside of US, we have our peace of mind with David. He's on top of any issues which have arose in the past. For minor items such as yearly cleaning etc, he just gets things done without us having to get involved. "No news is good news", David's mantra. I'd highly recommend David if you're looking to rent out your property in Seattle area.
