Dude working there was a total jerk. Dismissive and rude. Cheap drinks but would rather pay an extra buck to not deal with that. bad experience

Friendly staff and a good selection of local ciders and beers, plus good standbys for parties and the like.

These guys are so helpful and genuinely care so much about getting the people what they want. I will definitely be returning to them for as long as I am in Seattle. Go Dawgs.

Dawg Pound Beer store for the west coast but seems to be well chosen. In the same building as a record store which makes for a good hour or two of shopping.

Refused to give a keg deposit back after keg was dropped off in good working order, person there assured us it would be no problem to call in and get refund. When we called in they pretended it never happened, then told us we should have done it differently, which when they explained the process it was exactly what we did do. Employee was very combative over the phone and hung up when we attempted to resolve the situation. Our group buys kegs quite often and will never use this business again due to their shady practices and lack of accountability of their own inventory.

These Dawgs pound beer!!! No, but really, this place is the SPOT for all of your beer loving needs. Come on by to select everything from your microbrewed IPAs to that keg of nati light you needed for your party. Dawg pound beer has it all. Not only is it conveniently located in the university district, but it also has a wide open parking lot for all your lifted trucks, and slammed Volkswagen golfs with the sick underflow. Whatever you need, Dawg Pound beer has got it.

Attended a party in the loft. Good selection of local tap beers at reasonable prices.Friendly, prompt, genuine service.Comfortable laid-back rustic atmosphere. Sturdy long wooden tables that can make you feel like a Viking with your flagon of brew. The loft is nice for private parties.

Located in Seattle's Ballard District. We enjoyed observing numerous people bringing their pet dogs into the place. It's got a positive laid back atmosphere. Good place to watch people walking outside on Market Street.

The sign on the door says that you are open 12:00pm-9:00pm Monday-Thursday, but its 12:30pm on a Tuesday and the door is locked and none of the lights are on. I've been waiting around outside for a half an hour for someone to open the place so I could fill up some growlers and buy some bottles, but now I'm wondering if anyone is coming in at all anytime soon. Have your hours changed from what your website/front door list, or is this just a fluke? I tried calling the number listed on the website, but as I'm guessing the phone is inside the store which is currently empty, it's no surprise that no one picked up. Bummed since this place is really convenient for me, but there's a place one block down the street that fills growlers and is always open.

The Ballard Beer Company on market is super easy to find. The have a great selection of local beer. The space is large (and loud). I really liked the fact that patrons could bring their dogs in with them. When I was there 3 people had dogs with them at their tables.
