Bottom line up front: Alvin with Diamond Detail Pro exemplifies customer service, hard work and passion for auto detailing, and that really comes through when you talk to him. His competitive rates are much more affordable than bigger shops. He really goes above and beyond for his customers and I couldn't be happier with his work.Note: The photos are before he detailed the exterior that he shared with me to show his progress.My wife's 2015 Subaru Outback is your typical Alaskan car that moved down to Washington. Years of dirt, dust, camping and pet hair. Oh, and a 2,000+ mile drive through Canada. The exterior wasn't bad, but the interior was rough. Alvin is a miracle worker and removed all the pet hair (short hair terrier hair, by the way, and on black cloth seats...so not easy), while keeping costs down. What easily could have been $500+ elsewhere for a full detail + hours of dog hair removal was a lot less than that with Alvin. The Outback looks like a brand new car and he has a repeat customer now. If you're at all within the Renton area, you owe it to look at Diamond Detail Pro before going elsewhere. He even caught a few things with the car and pointed them out. Again, I don't think you're going to get that kind of 1on1 customer service elsewhere.

I wanted to give my husband a car refresh as a gift and Alvin did such an excellent job making that happen! We have two young kids and the car was showing it but Alvin’s work made it look amazing and new again. So thankful and impressed! It was such a smooth, positive experience for us - we highly recommend!

Had an incident where I was out of town and my car flooded due to a leak. As I don’t drive my car too often I didn’t realize until it was way too late! It had mold growing everywhere but thanks to Diamond Detail Pro here in Renton, my Jeep is squeaky clean and smells fresh! If you’re looking for somewhere for a good interior detailing, there’s your guy!

Wonderful customer service, incredibly nice, and my 20 year old car looks absolutely brand new. Every stain, piece of pet hair or hay, and all the other grossness are just gone. So easy to book and so happy I did. Will be bringing our other cars in when they are in need.

Incredible!!!! Best car cleaning we have EVER paid for owning a car, fit us in last minute after our ride was stolen and abused sadly. But Diamond thank you so much for the care, the gear stick was SO thoroughly cleaned from the thin grim and crumbs and the glossed layer of dirt (we didn’t know even existed) and ‘felt’ the difference and highly recommend, 5 STARS!!!!

Great work on my car! While I was out of town my car developed a leak and so I had standing water and mold in the car when I got home.
