My friends and I were trying to go to GoldenNail, but it was an hour wait and we had to get to a movie. We walked down here instead and they could take of us. Should have just waited for Golden Nail.
They did take care of us immediately, but it was a half-ass job. They barely spoke to us, didn’t check in if things were going well or if we liked it. My pedicure needed another layer, and you can see the brush strokes. Barely any scraping of dead skin.
When it was done they didn’t say thank you to any of us or check in if we were satisfied. We just sat on our chairs for 15 minutes and decided we should leave.
Wait for Golden Nails!

Cute little studio on lower Queen Anne. Very friendly staff but a little disorganized with time as my friend had to wait almost 30 minutes even with an appointment. But our nails turned out great.

Something told me not to go in there was nobody in there over 55 I never seen a Nail Shop not one person in there but I did it was close to my daughter‘s house. The customer service was horrible. They just put water in the little thing she cut half of my big toe off. I just would not go there ever get it was the worst they didn’t even scrape the bottom of my feet like I gotta go get a pedicure now so I recommend it was horrible and it cost me $55. I didn’t do nothing but shellac on my pedicure my toes and it was horrible.

As a born and raised Seattle-ite this has been my go to place for years. They always have room for walk-ins, they’re fast, friendly and well priced. After trying a few places around the city and being disappointed, I’ve committed this to my usual spot. After getting a gel manicure two days ago and having one crack and chip randomly, I went back and they were happy to fix it at no charge. This is what made me come write them a review - thank you!!

This place ran empty and I was the only customer on a sunny morning. Yet, the staff was cold and distant. They decided to do an incomplete mani without checking with me and decided unilaterally that they’ll add a nail design to make up for it. I don’t want a design instead of a complete job!!! They don’t know much English, so I couldn’t even tell them to do a better job. I’d not consider arguing a morning with three women who barely know English as relaxing. Poor experience! I give it a star for the reasonable price and another for easy availability. But bad in every other way.

I visited Diamond Nails for the first time today with a friend for pedicures. We had a great experience - pleasant ladies, great service, very reasonable prices.

Stopped in while on a road trip through town after camping and snowboarding for a week. Got a quick and easy mani and pedi. They were very efficient and did a great job!

My husband and I went here for Mani Pedis. Should have known better as they only have 3 star rating. When you're picking your color most if not all of the polishes available are very old and that also should have been a clue. They just do the bare minimum of a pedicure and rub your skin versus your actual muscles or foot. The scrub they put on for less than 30 seconds and they just rush through the whole thing even though no one was waiting. My husband needed his cuticles done on hands and feet and they are still all rough. Just not worth the time or money. Go somewhere else... also after sitting there it began to smell gross as they were making something in the back that probably only smelled good if you were eating it

Diamond is on lower Queen Anne across from Safeway and is small but mighty. It's usually quiet, which I don't understand because they have awesome service & a great deal on pedicures It's very clean and the staff are friendly,patient and thorough. This is my second pedicure & I'll definitely return
