Frankie was awesome! Without hesitation he helped me bring a 300lb weight set plus a weight bench to the check out line and then to my car. All of which happened right before the store closed and he had a positive attitude the whole time. Great employee. DICK’S should absolutely value and promote the best like Frankie!

my son needed a new baseball glove and we had the great assistance of COACH, who was simply amazing. he was kind to my 6 year old son, taught him a lot about baseball bats and gloves, and we left with great products and new service. Coach was so friendly and knowledgeable, we have never received such amazing customer service at this store before like what we did a few days ago. Coach was so helpful and knows baseball really really well, just a super great guy that we had a great experience with--we will definitely be back to see him again and buy more baseball products for both of my kids. this guy is great at what he does and it shows! 3 CHEERS FOR COACH AND HIS GREAT SERVICE!!

I was there this weekend for some baseball shoes and helmet for our 6 year old and Waqqas and Coach were very helpful, friendly and so knowledgeable that it made shopping so much easier. The friendliness, knowledge and cleanliness was awesome. Thank you.

I needed to get a new pair of shoes which is always a trouble for me since I have 9 screws and a plate in my left ankle. I also have really wide feet at size 12. However, Henry came over and helped me expertly pick out an extremely comfortable pair of brooks in about 10 minutes. This was by far the best shoe shopping experience I’ve had. Thank you Henry!

Service was poor. Waited by the fitting room for 10 minutes, pushed the button multiple times and we had a team member meet eye contact with us which we thought - he’s just grabbing a key. No he was not. We tried to shop a bit more, the store is disgusting, garbage all over the floor and go backs everywhere once you walk in about 50ft. I feel for the employees, you may not have enough staff maybe saving labor? We left empty handed, I found the manager in the front talking to another an employee. Wished us a great day I took it as an opportunity to tell him about how we wait for the fitting rooms and he said “you must have not pushed the button because I didn’t hear it.” Didn’t seem like he wanted to resolve the issue and just pushed it off.

5 stars just for Elijah making my returns seamless. He was patient even when my order number didn’t show up in the system, and was able find it using my cellphone number and issue a refund. I had been to another DSG where they didn’t go the extra mile to find my order, and told me they cannot pull it up from my account when I was literally showing them my account on my phone.

I would rate my first experience at this store 5 stars because of exceptional service of Choya; diligent, professional, gentle , and knowledgeable. Maddison is cool, too, But the men weren’t effective at customer service. They didn’t have an attitude but it would be much nicer if they could be a little eager in helping their customers’ needs regardless of their background. I think 4 stars is a fair rating for my experience yesterday.

I waited in line patiently for the cashier to finish his transaction because I could not find help on the sales floor.
I asked the cashier “Where can I find wallets?” He said they did not sell any. I said I saw them online. He repeated his claim. I then said, “Don’t worry about it.”
There is at least one thing coming up under wallets showing it is available for curbside pickup at this store. And if would have worked for my purposes. There are also numerous more showing that they could order or perhaps they have some on the back or at another nearby store. I tried twice and then told him “Have a nice day” at which point he asked “Where did you see it online?” It was too late. Why not try to help me the first time or ask another employee? To be blunt, the service here sucks.

Doesnt let you use the simulator unless you are getting fitted. Crazy they expect you to just buy clubs without trying it out.

Will not recommend it if you are shopping for bikes. I'm just a beginner. Asked an associate to help me and my wife with choosing the right size. Well , it is nice they have a 24 hour policy for size/color for return. The associate helped me to get a size like XL. Well , helpfully another shop helped me to get the right size. And it is ML (medium large). I would say it is a big difference between ML and XL. Another disappointment ... my wife found out after a couple of days of using her bike, that front break is misaligned. My wife noticed some metal noise and we started looking and noticed that should be fixed. Well should be that checked and aligned in a first place ?
I called the shop if they can fix it for free , because it is brand new and should not be like that. They agreed, but ... they do not know when their technician will be in the shop . So I need to drop bike and then wait when technician in shop and available to fix it .

Another amazing location, nicer than Lynnwood in my humble opinion.
Massive, convenient location. Lots of selection, baseball equipment on the right when you enter.
Heckuva a lot more than Canada, understandably.
Especially appreciated the gloves, well organized from smallest 9-inches for youth starting on left side moving right towards the adults.
Ended up getting a white compression top too for my princess.
