What a cute store! So many things from home and kitchen to metaphysical. Baby and kids too! It’s quite large with a lot of selections. If you’re looking for gifts or even shopping for yourself, I highly recommend this place. There’s something for everyone!

I’ve been in the store many times over the years and always like their product, energy and service. I came to the Ballard area to look at a couch at another place and didn’t see anything I like liked; we just happened into DIGS later that day.
Nearly everything was sleeper sofa so I did not pay much attention until my friend came across this one that I liked but thought it was a sleeper sofa, so I didn’t pay much interest again until the store owner explained this was one of the few that was a regular couch.
It is very comfortable and the process was extremely efficient and helpful. To my great enjoyment, the couch is delivered more than five weeks early and the delivery service (Stride Logistics) was exceptional!
While I don’t need another couch anytime in the near future, I will definitely keep this operation in mine.

Love this store! Love the modern aesthetic, great selection of quirky and adorable cards, and lots of great gift choices (eg candles, books, games etc) and they have a great selection of eco friendly kitchen products. We've gotten wooden kitchen brushes, silicon popcorn maker, cards, games, candles, soap, and gift cards here because we love their hand selected, tasteful selection!

Ordered a gus sofa early July and during the order they were very confident that the sofa would be delivered by mid August. I was in the middle of moving to new place, gave away my old sofa and made a custom order with a cabinet company to match the color of sofa that I ordered with Digs. Upon my personal follow up with Digs they said that the order would be delivered sometime in September. Following up couple of weeks later to confirm if they would meet the September timeline for sure, they said they would get back to me but did not. After reaching out to them again, they got back to me today saying that the sofa will be delivered in November. They could have been transparent, honest and actually made some effort talking to the vendor about the timelines before I placed an order.They do not proactively reach out to you about the delays. They do not stand behind the products they sell and keep blaming the vendor they rely on. Not sure what type of relationship they have with the vendor.

This is the game changer, when it comes to things that we all want at our place, so we can make it instantly Instagram-able... well maybe not totally so, but here you will find all the neat things that may make your home, just a little bit more yours. To say that quality is paramount is unfair, things here are made by local folks or seemly sourced responsibly, Each section is themed and delightfully curated so really, you aren't having to choose between hundreds of anything... just a few great originals/variants. I come here looking for great items for myself and for my home, everything feels like a conversation starter, and that's okay, because once you are here, you may walk out with everything.
