They might be good but when you want to cancel the services, they ignore you and keep on charging you! I have lost a lot of monies trying to cancel.

On The company billed my office $900.00 ! Upon receiving $900.00 bill on credit card statement, was unable to reach anyone on internet to resolve. Called, Jen, Customer Service and unable to resolve. Jen advised they are not in U.S., although Google page says they are in Washington state.

Took 2 librarians and myself a little over 2 1/2 hours to work our way through to print on printer and to get one signature of 4 required. May have lost out on a deal because it has taken a month to get to documents. GREAT INSTRUCTIONS —-NOT—-

NO SUPPORT AFTER THE SALE IS MADE. I have used DocuSign for years is a great signing service but they have ZERO SUPPORT. The only live person you can get on the phone sales for new accounts but if you have a quesiton ... good luck! Find another signing service that also offers customer support - if I could leave zero stars I would. Any good salesperson knows that you also have to offer support after the sale is made. Ciao DocuSign - you need to do better.

Docusign rips you off with their bigger plans. I signed up for full year Personal plan to allow 5 envelopes a month, then upgraded to their business plan for a couple of months (month by month), then cancelled the month by month, but Docusign caneled my year plan for which I already paid the full year. Now says I need to pay for another year. They rip you off with their plans. And yes I called their customer service, and they were not helpful at all!

be sure you don't fall for a SCAM!'DOCUSIGN SEATTLE WA' billed my Credit Card but I have NO CURRENT BUSINESS WITH THE LEGITIMATE COMPANY: DocuSign. I disputed the charge with my Credit Card companywhich began investigation and Heldthe charge UNPAID; but whole Disputeprocess takes up to 4-months!

I had a free trial but but I used up my free envelopes just trying to figure out how to send out a envelope with two documents to myself and two other others to cosign. The interface is confusing and not intuitive and the documentation is poor.

horrible customer service. I've been with them for a few year. I needed to change my email (old) . I no longer has scesa to it however could still get into Docusign account. They said, they could change it and ended locking me out. Now, all my work and files/documents & envelopes lost. Told me I have to start over with a new account -WTH

I want to upgrade my account but can't. I do not have the ability to do it on my account and I called in and was transferred 5 times. No one in their company could help me give them more money and upgrade my account to use their service. I DON'T GET IT!!!

i changed email addresses. when i try to change to the new email address in the system it sends the security code to my old email address that no longer exists. customer support refused to help and told me to contact my internet provider and reactivate my old email address to get the code. that was a rediculous answer and i will be cancelling my account. to illustrate the problem, i can use my new email address to send a document out, but when it is signed the system returns it to my old dead email account. i can't get it!

DocuSign ease of use is amazing! My in-laws needed some help with signing some of their new auto insurance docs and they are not very tech savvy. However, with DocuSign, they didn't need to be tech-savvy. They logged into DocuSign, uploaded their document, and followed the prompts for signature. They were able to get these documents, signed quickly and easily and now they are saving a bundle on their new auto insurance quote!
