be sure you don't fall for a SCAM!'DOCUSIGN SEATTLE WA' billed my Credit Card but I have NO CURRENT BUSINESS WITH THE LEGITIMATE COMPANY: DocuSign. I disputed the charge with my Credit Card companywhich began investigation and Heldthe charge UNPAID; but whole Disputeprocess takes up to 4-months!

i changed email addresses. when i try to change to the new email address in the system it sends the security code to my old email address that no longer exists. customer support refused to help and told me to contact my internet provider and reactivate my old email address to get the code. that was a rediculous answer and i will be cancelling my account. to illustrate the problem, i can use my new email address to send a document out, but when it is signed the system returns it to my old dead email account. i can't get it!

DocuSign ease of use is amazing! My in-laws needed some help with signing some of their new auto insurance docs and they are not very tech savvy. However, with DocuSign, they didn't need to be tech-savvy. They logged into DocuSign, uploaded their document, and followed the prompts for signature. They were able to get these documents, signed quickly and easily and now they are saving a bundle on their new auto insurance quote!

In short when it works it works fine while being a bit expensive. When it doesn't work there is no customer service. Online chat is a unhelpful computer response. The Email address their own website sends you to goes to an unmonitored email address. No phone number. Clearly when the Customer Service is This BAD. They simply Don't care. No quick easy way to get Help making a very expensive product useless when you have issues.

What kind of product doesn't allow you to update your own email address?? Customer service is completely useless. As many have said...the only people in their customer service team are people who barely speak English and clearly don't have a clue how to do anything. Submitted a support ticket to update my email. Received an email saying they tried to call me but was unable to get a hold of me and they couldn't leave a voicemail. That was a LIE. Called the number in the email and was on the phone for over 30 minutes before I got hung up on. 30+ minutes and their own useless staff couldn't even update my email address. Received a case study update saying they have sent a response to a previous email and are waiting for my response. No response in my inbox or spam folder. Another LIE. Going on 3 days now and my email address has still not been updated. This isn't the first time I've tried to get them to update it either. DocuSign is beyond frustrating and I truly hope they go out of business soon.

I know that you offer a needed service for customers but your marketing department and all the emails for a service that is not needed on a regular basis is unwanted
