The only reason why they get 3 stars is that prices went up and everything costs $ 1.25 instead of $1. Now there's items that are $3-$5 bucks. So you gotta be careful what you grab

The store was average. Not as many items as my local dollar store. The customer service was great. Very friendly people.

Hours say they are open until 10PM but they locked the door over 20 minutes early at 9:40. There was a bunch of people outside trying to get in but the employee who was inside said they were closed on the phone.Watched them leave the store and go home 12 minutes before closing. Bad behavior by employees management should fire them.01/03/2023

Today I went in to stock up on the stuff I live from Dollar Tree... and this is one of my fave locations. Today it sealed that... I walked in and the vibe was great. Two employees were stocking shelves and having the most wholesome convo about the holidays and their family... once I was done shopping one of those employees, Taj, saw me headed towards the register and he greeted me and it just got better. We had a great chat about winter in Seattle (we are both transplants) and it was such a refreshing interaction. Taj is the epitome of what good customer is. You don't have to be fake or sickeningly sweet, you just have to be real. Taj was at once relatable and enviable. His great attitude will boost me for the rest of the day. Be like Taj.

As usual, empty shelves. Employees are too busy talking to each other rather than help a customer or run a register to lessen the long line. One male employee was moping up a soda that was dropped. Someone asked him if there was another cashier and he responded saying yes, there's another register open but he has mop the mess up first. He looked at the two female employees standing chatting off to the side and they looked at him, the long line and they both disappeared. After about five minutes the kid moping is nowhere to be seen. I started timing how long I was in line before I could put my things up on the belt..... 21:16 minutes. Where did the rest of the crew go? And with so many people in line? The boy moping never came back either. It's going to be busy this time of the year. I expect long lines but jc employees, work while you're at work.

Ran in tonight close to closing and they had a line all the way to the back only one employee. I ended up leaving my cart. I was in 2 weeks ago and only one employee. I asked if there was a manager who could help, and the lady cashiering said she was the manager. They have historically and chronically had employee retention issues... It might be the store management if they can't keep people. I've read a lot of reviews On this page that the management is mean, and have poor customer service skill. That not only affects the customers, it does affect the employees, which may be why they're having trouble keeping people working here.

I realize what time of year it is. I was a little disappointed there wasn't more in there. I had been in there in March and got some cool stuff but you know that's how it goes at the dollar store. You get it while it's there or it never comes back. Kind of like Walmart but they are one of the best ones. The employees there are always nice

In this sector, there was a selection of stationery, home kitchen utensils, party supplies, and pet dog and cat supplies were of course cheap. But there were almost no drinks.

A smaller store than some. They don't offer frozen or refrigerated foods like other Dollar Trees. They do keep the store well stock and always have a new verity of stuff.

Very concerning that I tell a cashier there is mold in their soda cooler, she says I know, and does absolutely nothing to clean it out. The cooler is still stocked with sodas! This dollar tree has gone down hill. It is a complete disaster with stuff a big mess. So disappointing. I use to like going here, too!
