They’ll deliver your order randomly after 3-4 hours, won’t pick up calls or ask if you wanna cancel after 4 hours.Terrible management.

Nearly two hours to receive my pizza. The delivery driver was supposed to put it i n my hand, but instead he left it in front of my door and slunk away without even an apology.

I ordered my food at 6:45 and was told it would be 75-85 mins until it is delivered. That was shocking to me but given it's a saturday night I understood. Now it's 9 pm and I still haven't gotten my food. I called to cancel my order- because I haven't had dinner yet and I need to go somewhere else. Guess who doesn't pick up their phone. I've called 5 times and have been on the phone for 15. OH they picked up after 20 minutes!!update: for some reason I still received my food even tho I canceled it. Shout out to the delivery guy he was the kindest man in the world.

I placed an order with an approximate wait time of 50minutes. After an hour and 40 minutes I try to call the store but my call keeps getting dropped so I keep calling back assuming it was a connection issue. I wasn’t upset, I was just trying to ask for an eta since it looked like their tracker wasn’t working. I totally get that a pizza place is busy in a weekend. As I’m trying to call, I receive different a call from dominos and before I can say a word the lady says “I’ve received 5 calls from you and answered every time. If you call again I’ll cancel the order. Your pizza is on the way” and hangs up. I then get a message 10 minutes later saying my pizza is out for delivery which makes me feel a bit unclear about what’s going on. Overall I just feel a a bit bothered with the assumptions made by the woman on the phone. I had no idea 5 of my calls went through since from my end the calls were either on an automated hotline or dropped.Edit: shoutout to russel who delivered my food. Awesome guy and super good customer service. Give that man a raise.

Completely unwilling to help when calling about redeeming rewards when online was not working, called twice and was given run around with customer service number. They could not care less.

This is the second time I’ve ordered before closing and they have canceled my order. The girl called me and said “I’m not making any more orders tonight so I’m canceling your order”. My order was for pickup, the last time I ordered it was canceled because they didn’t have drivers. Tonight I placed my pick up order 20 minutes before closing, which I get may be annoying but the store is still open?

Becca and Pat were amazing! They were the only 2 working but did a great job managing on a very busy day with low staff. My order was prepared still fresh so I can’t complain!!

I ordered 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni 1 Hawaiian and it turns out they only brought me 1 pepperoni 1 mushroom the wrong one came and it took longer than normal it said my order had already been delivered and it still took 10 more minutes to arrive I placed the order at 8 pm and it said it would arrive 9.15 after 9.30 pm it was delivered but it wasn't, it finally arrived at 9.40 pm but with the wrong pizza ????

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS! I picked up from this location and wasn't given a receipt to sign, just the food. Went home, enjoyed it. I was looking at my credit card account online two days later and noticed that the amount charged was $3 higher than what my receipt showed. The employee at the end of the night added a $3 tip, without my knowledge or permission. I went back to the store, and the manager apologized and refunded me. So everything got resolved, but just be careful, because the manager did mention that this has happened before at this location.
