Great range of spirits, some international but heaps of local American or Washington based stuff too. Also, being able to pick up and walk out is convenient, very cool. As you walk out, they are still going to help paper bag your bottles so aside from the payment, things are pretty normal.

If you are black, do not shop here. Even after paying to enter, they still follow you around the store. I have already paid; it is not as if I can steal anything.

I just had an incredible buying experience in this shop which compelled me to right a review.
Admit at first I was a bit thrown by the concept and didn’t expect any customer service. Quite the opposite! Owner came over to help me look. I mentioned Alto Adige and he immediately pulls out his phone to show me pictures of his recent visit this while he guides me through their selection.
Helped me select a great bottle of Champagne for a gift.
Overall - incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great selection. Reasonable prices for a downtown location. Novel concept. Definitely recommend this shop!

Nice selection but the auto check out process not being compatible with signing up with the membership was not clear. Once I checked out I had no option to sign up and get the discount, couldn't even reverse the charge.

Buyer Beware. This is an automated liquor store. I took 1 bottle of wine to the counter, changed my mind, and put it back on the shelf and got a different bottle. The store ended up charging me for 2 bottles of wine, NOT ONE. The clerk was there and witnessed all of this and didn’t bother to tell me I’d be billed for 2 bottles. The charge comes in as Amazon, but it isn’t Amazon. I went back and talked to another employee who claims I’ll get a refund. My credit card registers refund credit immediately and it hasn’t showed up yet.

Please, I ask for a quick refund of money!!!
I bought a beer for only $7 on the afternoon of April 22, and five days later, I still haven't received my money back after deducting the price of the beer from my first $49.
I was a tourist who stopped by your store to get a light-hearted beer near my hotel and was stressed that I wouldn't be able to get my deposit back throughout the trip!!!! The staff apparently said they would return the money within a couple of days at the latest, but why wouldn't they?
Where should I report this issue?
