Tourist prices for Latino essentials ($7 for a Pony Malta). I know we're not welcome in this city but Latinos and Latino-food enthusiasts please look elsewhere for food.

Very good selection of products, but the prices are unreasonably high and ruined my experience. What bothered me most is that they don't show their prices for most items. I bought several simple ingredients assuming it was going to cost me less than $10 and the bill ended up being more than $30. Be careful and check prices before buying because you might be shocked.

This place is a must for any tea lover. They have an entire huge wall of just Yerba Mate!!! I was literally stunned at the massive selection they carry. Not even in Miami or on Amazon can you find even a 1/4 of the variety they carry. Really impressive selection.

They have a very good selection of hot sauces. I would also recommend trying their empanadas. I had a chicken empanada and a salmon empanada. I was impressed how good they were!

This small shop has almost all of the essential Latin American foods you need. For example they have frozen lulu pulp, soda colombiana, guanabana pulp, panela, pan de queijo mix, pan de bono mix, and lots of other foods. The price is more expensive than if you found these items online, but it's probably due to the location of the store (in Pike Place Market). They also sell Argentinian empanadas.

Worst empanadas ever! Spinach and cheese had a disgustingly tangy flavor and so much cheese you can choke on it. The most common beef empanadas has some weird spices in it too. We spent nearly $30 for 4 empanadas and had to throw 2 away so disgusting. For reference, we’re used to Uruguayan/Argentinian empanadas.

We came in for tortillas and left with so much more! They have an incredible TEA selection and so much more!

The ladies behind the counter were cute and nice, but $6.99 per empanada (up $2.00 in less than a year??) and $2.99 for a can of Diet Coke dictates the highest I can rate this tourist trap is two stars, which is the most I could go for. Also, think that's bad? While I was eating them sitting on a step, I saw a sign for "Seattle's Best Meatball Sandwich" for $19.95 next door. One and done with the Pike Place Market!

The empanadas, while good, are definitely not on the top of my list.

Yummy beef empanada, a little spicy but even the kiddo could handle it. In fact, he said, "can we get another?" Yup. The market itself has a lot of stuff but we just picked up the empanada and ate as we walked.

Beef empanada was excellent. Need to return and try other things. Note that they have to warm the empanadas. So even though it opened at 9:30, they weren't ready and I didn't get one until 10:15 when it was still *slightly* cold in the middle.

This little gem has all of the Latin specialty items you could ever desire - in the heart of Pike's Place Market. The Empanadas are on point ?
