Electric & Folding Bikes Northwest is a great shop for electric and folding bikes. The team is super friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. They provide amazing bike rentals and are an amazing place to purchase bikes, helping customers with expertise and grace. They handle repairs and service, with prices often coming in lower than expected. The staff is patient and will get as much information from you as possible to make it work, even if you are a novice. While they do not perform certain complex repairs like planetary gear replacement, they are highly recommended for what they will do. Customers report very positive experiences, with staff going above and beyond, such as staying late to help. The business earns five stars for its service and friendly people, leading many to become customers for life who will come back again and again for anything needed regarding a bike.
Great bike rental service. Good quality hybrid bikes at a very affordable price. Our group had a blast. The owner was very helpful in suggesting a bike route to Discovery Park. Would highly recommend.

This bike shop is such a great part of the Ballard community :) I brought in my old bike for new brake pads, and they told me I didn’t actually need new ones -- just a brake adjustment. Great local shop! Needed a very small replacement part for my Brompton and they had it. Saved me $12 on shipping!
