Creg was a super nice man. Extremely helpful and really wanted to find me a vehicle. We talked for a while and I am definitely going back when either they have a good match for me or I'm ready to buy. Best experience at a car dealership. No pressure and good people.

I purchased a truck at a reasonable price here,many years ago. A great value, solid organization, and short of guaranteeing 100 %, I would say it's a safe bet you're going to get a well maintained, and thoroughly checked out vehicle. These guys don't bother with inferior quality vehicles. They've stepped up their game since I've done business with them. And their no nonsense approach is appreciated as well. They've thrived at the same location and I would say that Emerald Auto is as good as it gets for quality, newer used vehicles in the greater Seattle area.

The side door latch on my '99 Econoline did not work. I talked to Robert at the front desk and described the problem. He talked to the owner Jim and late Friday afternoon Jim was all over it. I am 77 and have seen a LOT of shops. From the super immaculate front office to the expert mechanics I would suggest this is the place to go for a van or Pick-up in Seattle.

Robert is just remarkable to work with. He's generous with his time, honest, and wants to earn trust, which he had done with me many many times over. I bought a great can from him and counselled me all the way through with suggestions given what I was looking for. Old Seattle at it's finest. I'm recommending him to see my friends who are looking at vans.
