Friendly staff and easy to work with. The staff at Emerald City motors listened to my concerns and worked hard to earn my business. worked around my budget and took my input in mind. Would recommend Oscar to help you with any sale, he made my experience easy and provided great feedback and authenticity. Additionally Brian is a great dude that helped the process be done within hours. And lastly Roberto was friendly, made me feel welcome and helped me change the plates. Great team.

First off amazing customer service from answering my phone calls to the time I drove off with my new vehicle. Never tried to get or give me anything other than the vehicle I wanted for the closest price reasonable price, and... Got me an affordable warranty as well. These guy's are honest, trustworthy, and don't blow smoke just to move inventory from the lot. Everyone that I saw, other customers, had smiles from the time they entered til the time they left.

This place is the BEST! Brian went above and beyond to accommodate my budget and needs for the vehicle I purchased. It was my first time purchasing so he was kind enough to explain everything to me and was not pushy whatsoever. Both him and Oscar are super friendly and easy to talk to, they made the entire process quick and seamless. They really do care about their customers and will do everything they can to help you out. I got an amazing rate and Brian was able to throw in an even better warranty!!! So awesome! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quality vehicle and quality service. Don't waste your time at other dealerships and check these guys out :)

Carlos and Oscar went out of their way to accommodate my noonish call and finance request for a new-to-me ride. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.I felt like it was a fair transaction conducted with respect and good humor. We made it all happen within four hours, and on a Saturday no less. They were upfront and honest about almost everything. The solid service and good deal I received outweighed the few blemishes and minor issues I observed. No one and nothing is perfect.So, they're worth contacting if you're in the market. It's low pressure communication, and they don't push you so hard to buy. And they'll probably have a Seahawks game on for to you watch while you wait and consider :)

Purchasing a vehicle was seamless. I called ahead, told them what I wanted, they pulled options that were ready for me when I got there. Oscar was friendly, clear, thorough, and efficient. This place is Amazing. Great cars and a helpful staff that makes it work for you. Financing was a breeze with Brian. Got a great rate on my loan. After a disappointing test drive at a different dealership, I found a used car I like at Emerald City Motorsports online. I gave them a call and spoke with Oscar. He was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly which car I was talking about. When I arrived 20 min later, the car I had asked about was already pulled up front. He provided a lot of information about the previous owner of the car, and was very transparent about what was good and what was wrong with the car (just some curb rash on the wheel). The test drive went well, he recommended I find a mechanic to inspect it to make sure I have the confidence I need if I wanted to purchase. I did just that, inspection went well, and I purchased the car and I love it. Very great experience after buying a used car for the first time in over 20 years.

My husband and I went to look for a new vehicle to tow our outreach trailer and had the pleasure of working with Oscar. He was wonderful, no pressure at all. Even though we did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them due to another that became available that was closer to our outreach budget I wanted to share about our experience and would highly recommend Oscar. We would connect with him again if we had another need in the future. He is a great guy who cares for the community and understands the needs of his buyers. When we let him know we had found another vehicle he totally understood and was happy for us. So, if you are in this area and looking for a vehicle ask for Oscar Mendez! He'll take care of you. I know many out there can appreciate an honest non-pressure salesman.

I was cautious about purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, but Oscar made the process so easy. I sent an email early in the week to inquire about a vehicle, and intentionally did not leave my number because I did not want to feel pressured. I was not able to see the vehicle until later in the week. Throughout the experience Oscar was extremely patient and was extremely helpful in the process. Would definitely recommend Oscar to friends and family. ??

As a first time buyer, Mr. Carlos Rodriguez and Mr. Brian were able to make this an easy experience. I did not know what to expect coming in but they covered all questions and even answered questions that I didn’t know I had! They were able to get me all information I asked on the car without any run-arounds or misinformation. They were also able to beat the APR I was approved for by my bank and I was even able to negotiation a deal for a full tank of gas!?

Carlos was great and the whole experience was so chill! I'm extremely anxious about big purchases and always nervous about feeling tricked or pressured - if you feel the same way, this is the place for you. Everyone was friendly and helpful and Carlos made it easy to ask questions and take my time. I would go here again and recommend it to anyone!
