I had rented from another location but got a blow out on a car with 6,000 miles. They took in the rental I had and switched me into a new vehicle. The service was painless. The major improvement could be the cleanliness of the vehicles they are renting.

We have used enterprise twice now. We have always had very quick service and employees with good attitudes. This previous time we did end up with a cracked windshield due to a truck throwing a rock but because we had the damage waiver all was covered and we were able to drop the car off with a quick and easy process.

Everything about my experience was excellent.
Friendly, efficient staff throughout every encounter from start to finish, a clean, comfortable rental car that is affordable and quick, positive interactions make a huge difference during a stressful time. Dealing with car problems and whether a warranty is going to kick in, having such a great rental experience was especially appreciated.
Outstanding company with truly top-notch employees.

lol when I say this is the worst rental experience ever, I’m not kidding. I usually don’t care but wow. I’m so shocked how this place is ran.
I reserve a rental. I go to pick it up. “Sorry we don’t have that vehicle, nor do we have any other vehicles at all”
Was sent to 3 different enterprise locations. Still no vehicle. Call customer service twice, all they say is “I’ll have my manager call you back”. 2 hours later, nothing.
I know these are franchise owned, so to the owner of the enterprise in Georgetown, thanks for leaving me and my 1 1/2 yeah old daughter stranded. Had to take an Uber.
Not only was there no help but there was amusement out of my situation with the staff in person and over the phone.
Hats off to you guys for being the worst company/business I have ever witnessed.

Had a 9am reservation and took over 20 minutes to get our car. Crazy how we were the only ones there and not one car was ready at open. WITH A RESERVATION

Honestly booked from them a few times, I would highly NOT recommend. They are all very much confused. They misquoted me 3 time. They aren't very structured and even the assignment manager couldn't help me figure out what was going on where she had to get her branch manager involved. I was with my son in hopes to extend it, I literally left them the car and caught a ride carless. Rather that than deal with employees and a branch that isn't able to just figure it out. I've been to other locations in Seattle, trust me you're better off over there. More car options and most importantly more reliable service.

This enterprise location is terrible. It took them over an hour to have my car ready, then one of their employees took my credit card with them to go pick up another person so I had to wait even longer once the car was finally ready. Plus their hours as listed if you call are incorrect, they open 9-2 Saturday rather than 8-1. Would not recommend coming here if you want an easy and convenient rental car experience.

The staff here is great. I have a narrow car port so when making my reservation I asked about the width of the cars, the employee looked it up and helped me pick a car that would be easy to park. Two weeks later I had to switch cars and they remembered that car size was a concern of mine.

Becoming less of a fan of this place. From dirty wind shields, low tread on the tires to defective vehicles in general. I’m going to be returning another one today due to electrics problems. Really dissatisfied with this company. Try Avis next time.
