Absolutely a joke of a business. Lets you book online only to find out they have none at pick up. They claimed they tried to call me and granted I had a missed call they never left a voicemail or followed up. Terrible customer service.

Was able to reserve a car for a little trip but when I got there they didn't have any cars. Why am I able to reserve a car and add on all the extras but they can't just make it to say unavailable or something. The staff was nice about it but there goes my plans of surprising my partner with a trip.

Was directly misled about what charges I was consenting to, lied to about what my card would be used for, told they required a signature only and charged over $3000 without my authorization or me even in the building. Everything was someone else’s fault and a “miscommunication” I will never use enterprise for anything whatsoever ever again.
