I had an excellent experience at the Rainier Avenue S. Enterprise location. I think the man who helped me was was Matthew. My car was stolen and thank God my insurance paid for a rental car. Matthew was so great about helping me choose a car that I felt comfortable driving. He was sympathetic and kind about my car being stolen. He turned my really crappy day into a much better day! The guy who washes the cars was also great, very helpful, and sympathetic. The car I rented was perfect for me. Thank you! šš¼

Bro their cars are cooking me
This location has the worst cars(condition wise) Iāve ever seen. First they give me an Audi that had the inspection light on but the guy told me itās okay all our German cars have it. The passenger front tire also had a slow leak that caused me to end up with a flat tire on a road trip.
Today I picked up a car that looked like it was about to catch fire driving it home. The engine overheating alarm started blaring as I was getting off the highway. Iām on a call with enterprise roadside assistance right now to get it towed. Glad it didnāt kill me

How you going to accept and say debt cards are okay over for the phone, then I show up after spending $70 on a Uber from the airport for you to tell me you only accept credit cards then have the audacity to be rude? Like???? IT SAYS ONLINE DEBT OR CREDIT. First time I've tried to use enterprise will likely be the last.

UPDATE: went to Enterprise in Tacoma, was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper AND got a way better car (worth the drive) and the workers had good attitude and made experience enjoyable highly recommend heading South or to different place
The big issue was that Enterpise has some deal with Visa where if they run your card and for WHATEVER reason the card declines, they cannot run the card again for 24 hours- so if you only have ONE available card, and it gets declined once, youre outta luck and they dont tell you upfront
This could be resolved by
Being Personable with your customers and letting them know upfront cuz alot of people have had a time where something funky happened with their card/acct and all they had to do was a quick phone call to the bank and voila* they can use their card like normal!
Not everyone has a bunch of credit cards.
worst customer service. Give your money to another company. For the amount you charge the least you can do is provide customer service and be personable - apparently telling you to your face that your customer service needs work gets you banned from renting.
Dont worry. We will NOT be back.

Was using a rental while my car was in the shop, was told a day before to come back at 12pm and I could get a ride back to my car which is literally 2 minutes away, so I could drop the rental car off, I get there at 11:46am and was told no one could take me back to my car because they were going to lunch, like the customer service is not okay, I would of taken my lunch after, but thatās just me. Customers first RIGHT? I will go to a different rental company next time.

Very rude , they have no customer service. Once I switched to their location I was unable to use my app which was very inconvenient for me. They tried to stop me from getting another rental at a different location. When I explained why my card declined due to my card being off , and that I needed to turn it on they told me that they didnāt care

Horrible management!!! Matt threatened me saying i would not be able to rent a car ever and he was going to make sure of that. I was just in an accident my car was in the shop for 2 weeks i had a flawless experience renting another vehicle at the Issaquah enterprise branch for the past 2 weeks. Dealing with this guy was truly horrendous with his threats towards me as he represents this company with no accountability since he's the branch manager. I have reached out to corporate about you matt, you'll get what you deserve buddy.

Absolute worst experience ever. My car got broken into and I needed to get a rental to get to my family for Thanksgiving. I went online and got a cart from these guys. The reservation was confirmed. I got an Uber to take me to pick up my car and on the way I got as call from them telling me they didn't have the car they reserved for me and I would have to pay three times as much. Don't let me reserve product you don't have.
