I have never had a bad experience at this store, so I am quite surprised by some bad reviews.

‘Shadow Clothing’. A faint version of what the real thing is.

I purchased a pair of expensive selvedge denim jeans from everlane and they were great, but got completely destroyed and ripped in multiple places in 7 months of regular use. I would expect quality denim to hold up better than this which is why I chose to shop at everlane in the first place. I took them to the store and they said that was regular wear and tear. I am really disappointed in the quality of their jeans and won’t be going back.

Not sure what the mixed reviews are about? I am not a fan of shopping, but Monika and gang always hit the tone perfect in terms of helping out when needed (and honestly, great help which I need sometimes) and giving space. This is one store I never mind going into!

I’ve been shopping at Everlane for about a year and a half now and I can’t say enough good things. The clothing fits me perfectly. Wish they had a little bit more variety but other than that I keep coming back. The reason I keep coming back is Monica, she is terrific. She knows exactly what fits me, she just tells me to go in the dressing room brings things in, and I end up buying everything. It’s such a pleasure to shop with her. Frankly, it’s the reason I go in.

I had an amazing shopping experience at Everlane, thanks to Monika's outstanding service! Finding the right pair of jeans has always been a challenge for me, but Monika turned it into a genuinely positive experience. She was incredibly attentive, checking in frequently and providing suggestions that not only fit my body perfectly but also boosted my confidence. She also went above and beyond by helping me pair my new jeans with some great outfits, making the entire process enjoyable. Everlane is hands down one of my favorite brands. I have been to this location before but yesterday’s experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. The young woman who rung me up was polite and engaging with the customer in front of me but did not greet me and seemed merely irritated at my presence. I also got home and looked at my receipt to find out that she did not apply the 25% discount for the Supima cotton rib tanks advertised by the register (which is why I added last minute). Unlikely to make the drive from south Seattle for that experience and will likely stick to online shopping.

Been shopping online at everlane for years and was so excited to visit Seattle and actually go to the real life store! Store was well stocked, beautiful, and ALL the staff were so friendly and so so helpful. They were out of stock in what I was looking for for a couple items, but they did such a good job of trying to bring me other things and also made it clear they could put in an order for me. Bottom line— great sustainable clothes with phenomenal staff.

I absolutely adore Everlane for its quality, timeless, modern pieces and their commitment to fair trade and sustainable practices. I Found some amazing minimalist pieces for my husband, and I appreciate that they offer smaller European sizes and cuts.

This location is super clean and organized my only issue is the staff. Having worked in retail myself I know when someone is being profiled and unfortunately I was. I was followed and asked how I was doing about 10 times in the twenty minutes I was in the store. I love this brand but it sours the experience of shopping in person when the staff is purposefully trying to make you uncomfortable so you don’t steal? I still bought my jeans but I think I’ll stick to buying online and running to the post office for returns/exchanges.

Two out of three salespeople were unkind the evening of 12/16/23 and made my partner and I feel unwelcome in the store and stupid for asking basic questions. I do like their clothes and was even wearing their clothes in the store as they were being rude and talking down to me. Would recommend shopping online with Everlane online and avoiding this store

I like that they don't print the brand or logo on their clothes. The crew was accommodating. The cashier was very nice and kind. They were on sale for the Christmas holidays. That was nice.
