Higher level staff at this company get bonuses of several hundred thousand dollars per year while the staff doing all of the actual work make around 50k, and since COVID rarely if ever get raises or bonuses.

Pay mid level staff poorly for the work they do while upper management makes 100k+ (and regular bonuses) for less work. Classic late stage capitalism.Also security guards treat pedestrians terribly, often unwarranted harassment based on assumptions related to race, class, disability status etc.

I just watched a security guard in front of this building beat up a pedestrian. No threat from the person, he just walked up and started kicking and punching. This happened around 1:20 on January 18, 2023. I will avoid this building for the foreseeable future.

This is corporate office and data center, nice building and office in Seattle down town. Very Low pay for junior level position as compare to Seattle living expense.
