I rarely write reviews, but Misty at Extra Space Storage in North Seattle is the best. We’ve rented units there over the years, and she’s consistently friendly and helpful and has gone above and beyond numerous times for us. The building is very secure and clean. If I need to rent storage in the future I’ll happily go out of my way to return.

Beware!! I would like to leave a formal complaint with this place. I was astounded to find a Burger King wrapper and half eaten burger inside my storage unit when I returned for the first time in two weeks!! This is unacceptable and I'm not sure if I was broken into or someone tossed it into my unit from above. This facility is poorly secured it seems and it smells awful inside. My unit on the 2nd floor also is advertised to have ventilation but there is no oxygen up there and you can feel it. It’s muggy and hot. Unless they move me to a closed top unit or provide me a lengthy apology and compensation I will not be staying here!
