Rather than being a new customer, I was obliged by a death in the family to vacate one unit and transfer its contents into a different one in the same facility. The staff understood the situation very quickly and was very helpful, and made several suggestions that saved me money, time, and effort.

Overall a good experience! Customer service was amazing from start to finish. The units were clean and spacious.My minor complaint is that the code they give you on the app does not work. You need to enter the characters in a different order. They tell you this when you move in but easy to forget a few weeks later. Would be better just to fix the code provided on the app.My major complaint is that my monthly rate went from $74 to $133. That's nearly double and just way too costly for a unit of that size. I decided to take all my stuff out rather than pay that much.

Super easy, met our needs between houses. Clean facility, easy access, great load/unload zone, lots of helpful carts, and was pleasantly surprised when they promptly detected that we'd moved out and closed our account for us (which I could have forgotten in the move). Only complaint is that entering our code in the elevator was a little finicky.

'Been doing business with Extra Space Storage @130th St., Seattle for awhile and have always been pleased.This location has been consistently clean & tidy, well lit and has plenty of parking. The managing staff is always professional and has consistently addressed (or followed up on) any and all questions and requests quite promptly. ...A winning combination and a rarity nowadays, and because of this I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone looking for a little extra room in their lives.Great job!!...a pleasure doing business here... ;)

Extra Space Storage are great. The people at the desk (Misty, Vince) are so helpful and friendly – a huge asset at times of stress like moving! The facility is very clean, well managed and I feel my stuff is safe there.

Thank you ladies @ Extra space! Not only was the facility clean & sign up for my unit painless, but the ladies in the office were happy to be there! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes & all the units have seperate alarms! I sleep knowing my stuff is safe!!

The building is clean, secure, and nicely automated - so it’s easy to come at weird hours and get stuff from my unit if I need.In addition - the front-desk staff has been really helpful - and actually gave me some helpful advice that saved me a good deal of money when I wanted to clean some stuff out and downsize my unit.

staff is knowledgeable, polite, a little nosey but not intrusive or bothersome. the facility is new nice & clean. renting a unit online was quick and simple with lower rates than most other storage places in the area. I recommend this place to friends and strangers. it has been one of the better experiences I've had with storage unit rental companies

This is hands down the best Extra Space location. Misty and Vince are always vigilant when it comes to security practices on the property. They are also very prompt to assess customers' needs or answer any question. You can tell these 2 have the passion for this business and integrity needed for this location to thrive. I have had great service. Every attendant was easy to deal with and I never had any concerns at my North Seattle location. I'm a career fiber artist and educator so proper conditions are important to me. I really appreciated the secure, dry, pest free storage. Thank you

This was my first time renting a storage and I couldn't have asked for a better management team. Misty and Vince do a fantastic job running this facility and keeping it safe and clean. They care about you in a way that it's rare to find these days. Can't recommend them enough!

It's a clean and safe place to store my items. I had to move my stuff to a new place due to moving to a different town. The owners are very nice people. They listened and solve the issue promptly when I mentioned the bathroom not having paper towels and toilet paper. As a legally blind person, it was a challenge for me to enter my code as the keypad is flat thus no tactile ease of access. Where my unit was, one motion sensor seems to automatically go off and I had to walk closer and wave my arms to get the lights back on, but on the other side of the hallway it remains on. I feel the motion sensors need to be improved. Otherwise, it's a great place!

Always so clean! We used it for summer, between our daughter's college years and just really appreciated the convenience to I-5 and the security! The facility is very well taken care of. Appreciate all of your friendly talks on the phone, answering questions and your safe place. Will always refer to friends & others. ~ Liz
