“I am a transgender woman, so there are some extra things I look for in healthcare. After my first visit, which was 2 hours, I felt like I had made a new friend, a doctor friend who cares about my health and listens to my concerns. Dr. Johnson is very kind and personable and treated me with utmost respect. She is still learning about FTM transgender care, but she is 100% on board and supportive, and seems to really seem to want to get up to speed on everything for my best care.The small clinic felt more intimate rather than sitting in a huge lobby waiting with everyone else. My appointment was on time so I wasn't waiting a long time.One unexpectedly nice aspect was when I was done, I was just allowed to stay and rest after my blood draw, and I was free to go whenever. I didn't have to come by the front office to schedule my next appointment (I can do so from the app) or to pay anything (no copays.)I saw many of the 5-star reviews and wondered if there wasn't some "please rate us" incentive going on. I truly think that the service provided here is incentive enough to go and post a rating!”

“This is the second time that I have received horrible treatment from Zoom care. I will never go back and neither will any of my family or my friends and I'm writing a review on Nextdoor. Something very bad happened to me and I was seven minutes late to my appointment and I told them why and the woman said well sorry. I had to go to the ER after that and the Dr they were shocked at the treatment that I had received from Zoom care. You guys are the worst dock in the box clinic”

“I wish I lived near here so that I Dr. Vega could be my Dr. I drove 3.5hrs to get some tests that I wasn't able to schedule in a reasonable time in my hometown. Not only was this the best medical experience of my life (empathy, understanding, genuine care and concern, asking appropriate questions and really listening to the answers in a human manner) but efficient, thorough, and personable. Dr. Vega's colleagues were also just as kind and compassionate. I honestly didn't even realize that this type of experience was around anymore.”

“I was looking for a family doctor because I didn't want to go to a different doctor than my daughter. It's crazy how everyone isn't taking new patients or has a 3 month wait around here. I guess it's just a sign of the growing city. I called Swedish Family Medicine and they could get us in when I wanted and were super nice over the phone. The office staff has been so helpful and the nurse we see is just great. She takes the time to talk to my toddler and make her feel comfortable. Dr Mountjoy has been great answering all my questions. I know it's a rotation for her and I'll miss her but we'll stick with this practice. The whole staff makes the experience great.”

“I've always had great experiences here. The last doctor I met with it I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't met with anyone in a year or two and wasn't expecting much for a new doctor, but he was very professional and understanding and had some great recommendations for my health moving forward. I'm sad that I may not have coverage after May and have to look elsewhere. I've never had a doctor that I actually wanted to follow up with. Wait times to schedule an appointment on the phone arent the best, but if you use their mychart system, someone will be in contact with you. Even over chat.”

The two phlebatomist did an amazing job calming her down. They were great with her, took their time and showed compassion through out the process. Thank you for being patient with her, for showing her you care about her feelings and for your passionate care. I appreciate both of you and i am sorry i did not get your names.
