Overpriced compared to other vendors that make similar products. They also messed up my order and did not apologize for the mistake. I'm sorry goes a long way in customer service, especially when you have to go out of your way to come back to the store days later.

I recently became community operations manager of Expansive- a wonderful Coworking Center in Pioneer square. Our Occupancy has grown Significantly since I started, and the center had some previous turn over. My company provides free door logos to all office clients...We LOVE to show them off! Needless to say, the team at FASTSIGNS Seattle has been inundated with not only, orders from me, but a million questions as I learn. I collaborated with the FASTSIGNS team to create a corporate sign in the lobby of my company's new office building. I really enjoyed working with their team: They replied to my emails quickly (often same-day) and their signs (with installation) were reasonably priced, while also being high-quality. I recommend them highly!
