I needed to scan some documents and had never done that before. Alex walked me through the entire process, which is a rare service these days. I truly appreciated his help. Even though it was a relatively small task, it was very important to me to do it properly, and he gave me the assurance to complete it correctly, and the confidence that I could do it again in the future.

I came here to print out a few documents at the print and go stations from a USB drive. It was very convenient and I was in and out in no time! This branch is located right across the street from the Link light rail on Jackson and 5th street off International District / Chinatown Station. It was super easy to get there and to spot the place. I printed out a few documents and was on my way. Note that the print and go stations place a $10 credit hold on your credit card and then refund the difference after you print. They also don't print from password protected USB drives; you need to have a basic USB with no password.

Santos just keeps impressing me at this location. When I come in he remembers my name, when I call he picks up and addresses me by name before I even say anything (I'm guessing with the help of caller ID) and it's left a great impression on me. He's quick, professional, competent and friendly and everyone else has been great too, not sure how I'll ever cancel my box if things keep going this way. lol

I was greeted promptly when I walked in and asked if I needed help. Being a frequent fedex customer I told them I had it. But the moment I needed help the entire assistance to help attitude changed. "Brad " the manager had to ask the associate who clearly has the most knowledge and is the person running the entire store to step in. Needless to say Alex is the star of this store.

I wish I can give them 0 star. They have the terrible training employee here. This is the first time I choose sending package with FedEx. Before I sent by usps. I sent my package to Canada on dec 18 with the ground shipping. She weight my package and ask me what inside. Then collect money and print me the receipt that show the package will be deliver on dec 24th. On dec 24th I received the email said my package will be deliver on 12/27. Ok I expect that because holiday time. And now 12/27 I receive another email that said my package will be deliver on 12/30. I decide to call customer service and they transfer me to a lot of people on the line. It took me 2 hours on the phone and They say that I need to fill out the commercial invoice and send it to another email address that they handle this issue. Ok, I need to do it unless they will send back the package to me. Nothing to say if I can the email with the complete commercial invoice to them. However it show the email address could not found. I call back the customer service again and they are sure the email address that I have is correct and just ask me try a few time. Now, after over 10 times trying to send, it still can not send. I don't know what should I do right now and they ask me to come back to the FedEx location that i ship my package. The point is if their employees do the right job. Nothing happens and my friend will receive the Xmas gift on time. I don't think I will trust FedEx again

FedEx Office Print and Supply Center is now my go to for any personal or office needs that require more reliability and technicality than I can foster. I would like to tell you why. And please NOTE: this location is currently the only location in Seattle with a Five Stars rating among one Four Star and all other locations with Three Stars or less. Assuming company policies, procedures and tools are the same, I will offer my opinion what the difference likely is. The staff... Every time here they all are incredibly warm and kind. They actually welcome you with a smile and a greeting. They introduce themselves and uniquely take their time with each customer even when there is a line. This warmth and authenticity is becoming unusual in Seattle service and it absolutely, shamefully sucks. However though, Dave and Greg and a kind lady, her name I don't recall, Denise perhaps, create an experience worthy of a spa and meditative retreat in the finest premium hotel in the whole damn world. If I was getting a print or sending a package and they ever offered me a robe and a glass of Cremant, I wouldn't flinch because that is what I have come to expect after many visits to their paperclip haven office hotel. Five Star- legendary service from this crew. Unrivaled. No exceptions.
