The always claim their printer doesn't work and that you have to go home and print off the barcode. So what is the point of being a FedEx onsite center if they don't offer basic services?

They forgot to send out my package, so it was late for Christmas. It was picked up from this location 3 days late after I called to check on it. Not a great moment.

The drop is at Walgreen’s photo counter. Pretty standard wait time for an associate to take your package. They scan it and then get your phone number for keeping you updated on your package. I wish you could just drop it in a locked box and leave. But all the same it’s very secure. I’ve send no less than 10 packages from this FedEx drop location and never had a problem.
