This pharmacy has been fully staffed and better lately. And there are a lot of worse pharmacies in the area. The rest of the store is terrible but this is a very convenient drug store to get to by bus. I would be sad if they closed it.

The pharmacy's ability to fill prescriptions is unreliable. The customer service is unprofessional and slow (be ready to wait in line, even during non peak times). Despite calling in the morning they were unable to have it ready same day but assured us it would be ready by 1pm the next day. I arrived the following day at 7pm and was told they did not have it but it could be available in 45 minutes. The Customer rep was not interested in assisting and would not check the system to trouble shoot what had gone wrong. She even kept her back to us despite questions so we gave up and left. Switching RX to a different company and location, this one is not worth the waste of time or rudeness.

I am a disabled 64 year old with chronic bone disease and have had both hips replaced and i am on oxycodone pain relief. My doctor ordered my prescription there over 1 week ago before he went on vacation. They usually text me that my perception is ready within 1 day. This time no word. I call and they say they will have it tomorrow. I am 5 days late now with no medication and they now tell me I have to wait 3 more days because they only have enough for a partial prescription and are out of full stock. I ask if they can give me a partial and I will pick up the remainder when they come in, they say " no " if I pick up what they have that's it, I forfeit the remainder. My doctor is still currently on vacation and I am out of medication, they will not transfer my prescription to another Walgreens and this pharmacist does not give a shit. I could tell that she speaking broken English, comes from somewhere that human life is expendable. This was a major mistake to use Walgreens as my pharmacy and this will be the last prescription they EVER fill for me. I paid dearly for my ignorance. Never again.

HORRIBLE LOCATION!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Sent an urgent prescription and came in 30 minutes before they closed and they would not even attempt to fill it. The people who work here seem to hate their job and do not care about anyone. Avoid this location at all costs

Went to the pharmacy drive-up for a rapid Covid test and then later in day to the pharmacy drive-up again for medications. Both times they were incredibly nice and helpful. They were able to get both of my medications ready for me the same day. And the results of my rapid Covid test were in my email in less than an hour.

I received a call that they were ready for medication yesterday. I went there they say "no medication available. I ordered it for tomorrow". This medicine is dangerous if it is even skipped for a day, and they are making me do so. They could have ordered it yesterday. There is no apology or any explanations to me. Unprofessional, and it is not safe to trust them.

Every time I come by I enjoy talking with the team and it's always efficient polite and professional. Reading the other reviews on here I am reminded how many people here in Seattle are difficult to deal with. I have been over here to print and ship stuff and probably spent over $1000 here at this location over the years and it's always been a good experience.

Walgreens, at this location, uses dark email patterns to trick people into renewing prescriptions.When I click the "Refill now" link in the email to find out what prescription they're even asking me to renew, it renews it without my consent. There is no easy way to reverse that renewal -- short of setting aside time to call up the store.And not every has a job where we can just get on the phone on short notice.

My husband got his medication called in to this pharmacy by his doctor since they had it in stock. This isn't a pharmacy we would normally ever use. (And won't it the future - if we can help it.) He's been sitting there over an hour even though he's the only one waiting. The other person waiting got a vaccine and left awhile ago. This pharmacy is over an hour from our home, which he told them. It just seems like the kind thing to do would be to fill the prescription so he could be on his way...? But they told him to go and they would text him and he could come back. Driving back and forth over and hour each way? Really Walgreens?

When I got home from buying a few items at Walgreens, I discovered that the clerk had mistakenly (?) put an expensive pair of reader glasses ($32.99) into my bag without my knowledge or consent. I returned to the store an hour later to return the glasses and ask for a refund, which was done via my debit card. It's been nearly 24 hours and it still hasn't shown up on my online banking records. I filed a dispute with my credit union in order to get my money back. This company is sloppy and dishonest.

I went here for passport photos, and while I got the photos, I didn't have a great experience with the woman who took them. She touched my hair in order to arrange it in what she thought was a better style for the photo, and then she kept telling me to smile for the photo, even though a smile is not required for passport photos. I wish she could have just kept her opinions and her hands to herself.

Vaccine night mare dealing with the incredibly rude pharmacy people. Website said appointment wasn't needed for travel vaccines. I show up and they say I need an appointment. So I make an appointment while standing in front of them on their website for five minutes from then. Then they say they will only give me one vaccine as that's all that shows for the appointment. I say I requested all three, I don't know why they don't show. They say do it again. I do it again. Again, only one shows up. So then they said I have to make separate appointments for each vaccine one hour apart. Every question I ask they shout the answer then turn to the next person so I have to keep standing there. They say I need to sit down. I said, "can't You just give me all three? My voice is requesting the appointment your website appears broken." They said, "yeah it's broken. You Have to use the website or we won't see you." They were so rude. It took so much time. The vaccines could have been done In The time dealing with their rudeness and red tape. So much stress at this place. I'll never go back.

VERY upset with pharmacy - price gauged on Celecoxib. - other local pharmacies would have charged under $40 - the charged me $131. BEWARE of price gauging!

Have been using this pharmacy for my husband's prescriptions and the staff has always been helpful. They are a very busy location but have never rushed me along or made me feel like they didn't have the time to answer questions. The cashiers in the front of the store are also very helpful. Satisfied customer!
